【摘要】：目的 調(diào)查云南省大理市農(nóng)村白族人口中50歲及以上正常人群的眼壓分布特征及眼壓的相關(guān)因素分析。 方法 2010年1月-2010年2月,采用整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法將大理市分為259個(gè)抽樣點(diǎn)(每個(gè)點(diǎn)人數(shù)約為1000人),隨機(jī)抽取其12個(gè),對(duì)所有50歲及以上受試者人群進(jìn)行視力和眼部檢查。在大理白族50歲及50歲以上人群中共檢錄2742例擬定受試者,其中有2133位受試者參與完成了視力、眼壓及眼部調(diào)查,視力檢查采用糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變?cè)缙谥委熝芯恳暳Ρ頊y定生活視力及最佳矯正視力,眼壓檢查選用TONO-PEN壓平式眼壓計(jì),由眼科醫(yī)師進(jìn)行外眼、前房、晶體、眼底及眼壓、中央角膜厚度、前房深度等檢查,眼壓(intraocular pressure IOP)21mmHg的受檢者進(jìn)入青光眼排查。眼壓與年齡、性別、眼軸長度、中央角膜厚度之間的關(guān)系采用相關(guān)因素分析。 結(jié)果 在這次的調(diào)查研究中,共檢錄2742人,實(shí)際調(diào)查2133人,實(shí)際接受調(diào)查的男、女人數(shù)分別為769人和1364人,總受檢率為77.8%。調(diào)查人群的平均年齡是64.48±8.91歲,最小的是50歲,最大的是91歲,其分布圖呈正偏態(tài)分布。全部調(diào)查人群中,男性的平均眼壓是14.70±3.44mmHg,女性的平均眼壓是14.44±3.31mmHg,并測得總平均眼壓值是14.45±3.35mmHg,最小值是6mmHg,最大值是51 mmHg,其分布圖呈正態(tài)分布。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析相關(guān)性結(jié)果為：在50歲及以上白族人群中,眼壓和年齡之間沒有相關(guān)性(r=-0.003,P=0.849)；眼壓和中央角膜厚度之間關(guān)系密切(r=0.118,P0.001),分析結(jié)果顯示,眼壓和眼軸長度、低視力之間沒有明顯相關(guān)性。 結(jié)論：在50歲及以上白族人群中,眼壓和年齡,性別,眼軸長度之間沒有相關(guān)性,眼壓明顯受中央角膜厚度(central corneal thickness CCT)的影響。IOP隨CCT增加而增高并成正相關(guān),與近視屈光度無關(guān)。CCT為影響IOP檢測的一個(gè)重要因素,檢查CCT有助于更正確地估計(jì)IOP,可以作為鑒別某些臨床疾病的重要指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Purpose To investigate the distribution of intraocular pressure (IOP) and the related factors of intraocular pressure (IOP) in the population of Bai nationality aged 50 years and over in Dali, Yunnan Province. Method From January 2010 to February 2010, Dali city was divided into 259 sampling points by cluster random sampling (the number of each point was about 1000 people), 12 of them were randomly selected, and the visual acuity and eye examination were performed on all subjects aged 50 and above. A total of 2742 subjects aged 50 and over were examined in the Bai nationality of Dali, and 2133 of them participated in the investigation of eyesight, intraocular pressure and eyes. The visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity were measured by visual acuity chart. The intraocular pressure (IOP) was examined by TONO-PEN pressure level IOG, and the external eye, anterior chamber, lens, fundus and intraocular pressure were performed by ophthalmologist. Central corneal thickness and anterior chamber depth were examined. Intraocular pressure IOP)21mmHg patients were examined for glaucoma. The relationship between IOP and age, sex, axial length and central corneal thickness was analyzed. Result In this investigation and study, a total of 2742 people were recorded and 2133 were actually investigated. The actual number of men and women were 769 and 1364, respectively, with a total rate of 77.8%. The average age was 64.48 鹵8.91 years old, the youngest was 50 years old and the largest was 91 years old. The mean IOP was 14.70 鹵3.44mmHg in males and 14.44 鹵3.31mmHg in females. The mean IOP was 14.45 鹵3.35mmHg, the minimum was 6mmHgand the maximum was 51mmHg.The distribution of IOP was normal distribution. The results of statistical analysis were as follows: there was no correlation between IOP and age in Bai people aged 50 and over, and there was a close relationship between IOP and central corneal thickness. The results showed that IOP and length of ocular axis were closely related to the thickness of central cornea. There was no significant correlation between low vision. Conclusion: there was no correlation between IOP and age, sex, eye axis length in Bai people aged 50 or over. IOP was significantly affected by central corneal thickness CCT). IOP increased with the increase of CCT. CCT-independent of myopic diopter is an important factor affecting the detection of IOP. The examination of CCT is helpful to estimate IOPs more accurately and can be used as an important index to distinguish some clinical diseases.
