【摘要】：目的分析單獨局部使用β受體阻滯劑、α受體激動劑或前列腺素類滴眼液是否影響高眼壓癥或原發(fā)性開角型青光眼患者接受選擇性激光小梁成形術(selective laser trabeculoplasty,SLT)的療效。方法前瞻性分析2009年6月至2011年7月上海交通大學附屬第一人民醫(yī)院眼科收治的患者73例(73眼)。其中藥物組52例(包括分別單獨使用β受體阻滯劑21例、α受體激動劑14例、前列腺素類藥物17例),對照組21例;所有患者接受全周(360°)SLT治療并隨訪觀察6個月。將眼壓降幅≥20%判定為治療有效。結果治療后2周、1個月、3個月和6個月藥物組整體與對照組眼壓值組間差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(t值分別為-0.222、-0.651、-0.549和-1.153,P值分別為0.825、0.517、0.585和0.253);分別單獨使用β受體阻滯劑、α受體激動劑或前列腺素類藥物的患者之間眼壓值差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(F值分別為1.010、0.650、0.170和0.950,P值分別為0.371、0.527、0.847和0.396。各觀察期藥物組整體與對照組治療有效率組間差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2值分別為0.041、0.020、0.478和0.262,P值分別為0.839、0.886、0.489和0.609);分別單獨使用β受體阻滯劑、α受體激動劑或前列腺素類藥物的患者之間治療有效率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(治療后2周有效率采用Fisher’s確切概率法(雙側),P值為1.000,治療后1個月、3個月和6個月采用卡方檢驗,χ2值分別為0.904、1.169和0.343,P值分別為0.636、0.557和0.843)。結論單獨局部使用β受體阻滯劑、α受體激動劑或前列腺素類抗青光眼藥物對SLT的療效沒有影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze whether the local use of 尾 receptor blocker, 偽 receptor agonist or prostaglandin eye drops affects the efficacy of selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) in patients with hypertensia or primary open angle glaucoma. Methods from June 2009 to July 2011, 73 patients (73 eyes) with Ophthalmology in the first people's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University were analyzed prospectively.
