【摘要】：目的分析單獨(dú)局部使用β受體阻滯劑、α受體激動(dòng)劑或前列腺素類滴眼液是否影響高眼壓癥或原發(fā)性開角型青光眼患者接受選擇性激光小梁成形術(shù)(selective laser trabeculoplasty,SLT)的療效。方法前瞻性分析2009年6月至2011年7月上海交通大學(xué)附屬第一人民醫(yī)院眼科收治的患者73例(73眼)。其中藥物組52例(包括分別單獨(dú)使用β受體阻滯劑21例、α受體激動(dòng)劑14例、前列腺素類藥物17例),對(duì)照組21例;所有患者接受全周(360°)SLT治療并隨訪觀察6個(gè)月。將眼壓降幅≥20%判定為治療有效。結(jié)果治療后2周、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月和6個(gè)月藥物組整體與對(duì)照組眼壓值組間差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t值分別為-0.222、-0.651、-0.549和-1.153,P值分別為0.825、0.517、0.585和0.253);分別單獨(dú)使用β受體阻滯劑、α受體激動(dòng)劑或前列腺素類藥物的患者之間眼壓值差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F值分別為1.010、0.650、0.170和0.950,P值分別為0.371、0.527、0.847和0.396。各觀察期藥物組整體與對(duì)照組治療有效率組間差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2值分別為0.041、0.020、0.478和0.262,P值分別為0.839、0.886、0.489和0.609);分別單獨(dú)使用β受體阻滯劑、α受體激動(dòng)劑或前列腺素類藥物的患者之間治療有效率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(治療后2周有效率采用Fisher’s確切概率法(雙側(cè)),P值為1.000,治療后1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月和6個(gè)月采用卡方檢驗(yàn),χ2值分別為0.904、1.169和0.343,P值分別為0.636、0.557和0.843)。結(jié)論單獨(dú)局部使用β受體阻滯劑、α受體激動(dòng)劑或前列腺素類抗青光眼藥物對(duì)SLT的療效沒有影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze whether the local use of 尾 receptor blocker, 偽 receptor agonist or prostaglandin eye drops affects the efficacy of selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) in patients with hypertensia or primary open angle glaucoma. Methods from June 2009 to July 2011, 73 patients (73 eyes) with Ophthalmology in the first people's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University were analyzed prospectively. There were 52 cases in the drug group (including 21 cases of 尾 receptor blocker, 14 cases of 偽 receptor agonist, 17 cases of prostaglandin drugs and 21 cases of control group).
