【摘要】：目的：檢測(cè)Neuropilin-2(神經(jīng)菌毛蛋白2,簡(jiǎn)稱NRP-2)在喉癌組織中的表達(dá),并初步研究其表達(dá)水平的高低與喉癌各不同臨床病理特征及預(yù)后之間的相互關(guān)系。 方法：采用免疫組織化學(xué)S-P法檢測(cè)NRP-2蛋白在70例喉癌石蠟組織標(biāo)本中的表達(dá),并運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法分析NRP-2蛋白表達(dá)水平與喉癌各不同臨床病理特征及預(yù)后之間的相互關(guān)系;同時(shí),通過(guò)Western blot檢測(cè)NRP-2蛋白在15例喉癌及相應(yīng)癌旁黏膜組織中的表達(dá)情況。 結(jié)果：NRP-2蛋白的表達(dá)高低與患者的年齡、性別、病變部位、TNM分期、臨床分期以及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移等無(wú)顯著的相關(guān)性,與病變組織的病理學(xué)分級(jí)呈顯著的相關(guān)性,P0.05。蛋白質(zhì)印跡實(shí)驗(yàn)顯示NRP-2在癌旁組織的表達(dá),明顯低于相配對(duì)的癌組織,差別具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。通過(guò)Kaplan-Meier分析,NRP-2高表達(dá)組患者的五年生存率及無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)生存率與NRP-2低表達(dá)組患者之間的差別不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05,但NRP-2的表達(dá)水平的高低與患者喉癌預(yù)后的差異具有顯著性差異,P0.05。 結(jié)論：NRP-2蛋白在喉癌組織中表達(dá)顯著升高,且其高表達(dá)與喉癌患者病變組織的病理學(xué)分級(jí)呈顯著的相關(guān)性。NRP-2的表達(dá)可能在喉癌的發(fā)生、生長(zhǎng)及轉(zhuǎn)移中起重要作用,在一定程度上,可作為檢測(cè)喉癌的復(fù)發(fā),判斷預(yù)后的指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to detect the expression of Neuropilin-2 (NRP-2) in laryngeal carcinoma and to study the relationship between the expression level and the clinicopathological features and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods: immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of NRP-2 protein in 70 paraffin tissues of laryngeal carcinoma. The correlation between the expression of NRP-2 protein and the clinicopathological features and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma was analyzed by statistical method. Western blot was used to detect the expression of NRP-2 protein in 15 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and its adjacent mucosa. Results there was no significant correlation between the expression of WNRP-2 protein and age, sex, TNM stage, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis, but there was a significant correlation between the expression of the protein and pathological grade of the lesion (P 0.05). Western blot analysis showed that the expression of NRP-2 in paracancerous tissues was significantly lower than that in matched tissues (P 0.05). The 5-year survival rate and recurrence free survival rate of patients with high expression of NRP-2 were not significantly different from those of patients with low expression of NRP-2 by Kaplan-Meier analysis (P 0.05), but the level of NRP-2 expression was significantly different from the prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma (P 0.05). Conclusion the high expression of the protein is significantly correlated with the pathological grade of laryngeal carcinoma. The expression of NRP-2 may play an important role in the occurrence, growth and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma, and may play an important role in the development, growth and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma to a certain extent, and the expression of NRP-2 may play an important role in the development, growth and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma. It can be used as an index to detect the recurrence of laryngeal carcinoma and to judge the prognosis.
