【摘要】： 目的：探討一種用切除的眶隔脂肪異位游離移植來矯正眶鼻溝的凹陷,進(jìn)行瞼袋美容的有效手術(shù)方式。 方法：在眼輪匝肌與眶隔間分離,于眶下緣打開眶隔,去除多余眶隔內(nèi)脂肪,折疊加強(qiáng)眶隔后,將去除的眶隔內(nèi)脂肪重新回填于眶隔外,用于修復(fù)眶鼻溝的凹陷畸形。 結(jié)果：自2007年3月至2009年2月內(nèi),用此術(shù)式共診治瞼袋135例,術(shù)后異位游離移植的脂肪存活率高,下瞼外形飽滿,眶鼻溝存在的凹陷有明顯改善。 結(jié)論：本方法是一種矯治瞼袋的有效方法,適應(yīng)范圍較廣,尤其適用于伴有下眶緣眶鼻溝凹陷的瞼袋患者
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate an effective method of eyelid bag cosmetic for correction of orbital nasal sulcus with excision of orbital septal fat and ectopic transplantation. Methods: the orbicularis oculi muscle was separated from the orbital septum and the orbital septum was opened at the lower margin of the orbit to remove the excess fat in the orbital septum. After folding and strengthening the orbital septum, the removed orbital septum fat was refilled out of the orbital septum to repair the deformity of the orbital nasal sulcus. Results: from March 2007 to February 2009, 135 cases of eyelid pouch were treated with this procedure. The fat survival rate of ectopic free transplantation was high, the lower eyelid was full, and the depression of orbital nasal sulcus was obviously improved. Conclusion: this method is an effective method for the correction of eyelid pouch, especially for the patients with lower orbital orbital rhinogranous depression.
