【摘要】：目的:本研究采用Achenbach兒童行為量表對(duì)先天性外中耳畸形患兒的心理狀況進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng),了解畸形對(duì)患兒心理有無影響及影響程度。方法:66例4~16歲先天性外中耳畸形患兒由家長(zhǎng)根據(jù)其表現(xiàn)填寫行為量表,計(jì)算心理行為異常檢出率。同時(shí)收集一般資料、耳廓Marx分級(jí),對(duì)患兒的心理異常檢出率進(jìn)行單因素及多因素分析。結(jié)果:外中耳畸形患兒心理異常檢出率為21.21%,高于全國(guó)常模,差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。耳廓Marx分級(jí)及父母壓力程度與心理異常檢出率相關(guān),多因素Logistic回歸分析中CoxSnell系數(shù)為0.153。其中耳廓Marx分級(jí)Ⅲ級(jí)的患兒心理異常檢出率高達(dá)36.4%,高于Ⅱ級(jí)畸形患兒。結(jié)論:先天性外中耳畸形這一事件對(duì)兒童患者心理確有影響,但僅是眾多影響因素之一,其對(duì)患兒心理造成的影響在所有心理影響因素中的作用約占15%。但耳廓Marx分級(jí)Ⅲ級(jí)的患者是發(fā)生心理異常的高危人群。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the psychological status of children with congenital external middle ear malformation by Achenbach behavior scale. Methods 66 cases of 16 years old children with congenital external middle ear malformation were investigated by filling out behavior scale according to their performance and calculating the detection rate of psychological behavior abnormality. At the same time, general data and auricle Marx grade were collected, and the detection rate of psychological abnormality was analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis. Results: the detectable rate of psychological abnormality in children with external middle ear malformation was 21.21, which was higher than the national norm, and the difference was statistically significant. The Marx grade of auricle and the degree of parental stress were correlated with the detection rate of psychological abnormality.
