【摘要】：目的通過(guò)回顧性病例對(duì)照研究，觀(guān)察血清中血脂在聲帶息肉患者中變化，探討在聲帶息肉中血脂的改變及其相關(guān)性。 方法選取2010年1月至2012年12月期間入住福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉科診斷為聲帶息肉的患者為實(shí)驗(yàn)組，對(duì)照組選取2010年1月至2012年12月期間于福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院體檢的正常人。測(cè)定血清中總膽固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇（LDL-C）、載脂蛋白A-I（ApoA-I）。數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用SPSS18.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析，計(jì)算出P值(取P0.05為差異有顯著性)。 結(jié)果男性組中非吸煙聲帶息肉組與非吸煙正常人組HDL-C、ApoA-I差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）；吸煙聲帶息肉組與非吸煙聲帶息肉組HDL-C、ApoA-I差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）；吸煙聲帶息肉組與吸煙正常人組ApoA-I差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05），HDL-C差異沒(méi)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）；正常非吸煙組與正常人吸煙組HDL-C、ApoA-I差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）。女性組中聲帶息肉組與正常人組ApoA-I差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05），HDL-C差異沒(méi)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）。HDL-C、ApoA-I行Logistic回歸分析顯示ApoA-I與聲帶息肉呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-3.742，OR=0.024，，P0.05)，HDL-C與聲帶息肉相關(guān)性沒(méi)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）。 結(jié)論聲帶息肉患者血清中ApoA-I下降，ApoA-I與聲帶息肉形成存在一定的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of serum lipids in patients with vocal cord polyps by retrospective case-control study, and to explore the changes of serum lipids in vocal cord polyps and their correlation. Methods from January 2010 to December 2012, the patients who were diagnosed as vocal cord polyps in the Department of Otolaryngology, first affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were selected as experimental group. The control group was selected from January 2010 to December 2012 in the first affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University. Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein A (A), ApoA (I) were determined. SPSS18.0 software was used to analyze the data of the experimental group and the control group, and the P value was calculated (P 0.05 was taken as the significant difference). Results there were significant differences in HDL-CnApoA-I between non-smoking vocal cord polyp group and non-smoking normal person group in male group, HDL-CfU ApoA-I difference in non-smoking vocal cord polyp group and non-smoking vocal cord polyp group in smoking vocal cord polyp group, and normal smoking in smoking vocal cord polyp group. There was no significant difference in HDL-C between the two groups (P 0.05), but there was a significant difference in HDL-Cn ApoA-I between the normal nonsmoking group and the normal smoking group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in ApoA-I between the vocal cord polyp group and the normal control group. There was no significant difference in HDL-C between the vocal cord polyp group and the normal control group. The Logistic regression analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between ApoA-I and the vocal cord polyp. There was no significant correlation between the ApoA-I and the vocal cord polyp. Conclusion there is a certain correlation between ApoA-I and vocal cord polyp formation in patients with vocal cord polyps.
