【摘要】：[中文摘要]目的：探討以咽異物感為主要癥狀的咽部不適的藥物治療效果。方法：昆明醫(yī)科大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科門診152例以咽部異物感為主要癥狀的咽部不適患者自填反流癥狀指數(shù)(The reflux symptom index, RSI)量表,將其中RSI評分≥13分的80例患者隨機分為兩組,實驗組40例,對照組40例,實驗組：口服質(zhì)子泵抑制劑(PPI)奧美拉唑鎂片治療三個月；對照組：口服金嗓利咽膠囊治療三個月,三個月藥物治療結(jié)束后,再進行RSI評分,然后分別對兩組咽部癥狀緩解情況進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)比較。結(jié)果：實驗組治療三個月后,40例患者RSI總分值從629分降至247分；對照組治療三個月后,40例患者RSI總分值從639分降至386分,治療前與治療后進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)比較,得出P0.05,顯示治療均有效。二組差值進行統(tǒng)計分析,得出P0.05,說明奧美拉唑鎂片的治療效果優(yōu)于金嗓利咽膠囊。結(jié)論：引起咽異感癥的一個重要的病因是咽喉反流性疾病((laryngopharyngeal reflux disease, LPRD), RSI中文量表可有效初步診斷咽喉反流性疾病,且使用質(zhì)子泵抑制劑可以減輕其咽喉部反流,從而明顯緩解咽部不適癥狀。
