【摘要】：目的：觀察“面部刮痧配合可采中藥眼貼膜”、“可采中藥眼貼膜”和“單純面部刮痧”這三種不同方法,治療眼袋的療效差異。 方法：采用隨機(jī)單盲的方法將91例患者分為治療Ⅰ組、治療Ⅱ組和治療Ⅲ組。治療Ⅰ組采用面部刮痧配合可采中藥眼貼膜治療,治療Ⅱ組采用可采中藥眼貼膜治療,治療Ⅲ組采用單純面部刮痧治療,觀察三個(gè)療程后的療效。 結(jié)果：在臨床癥狀改善、治愈率、復(fù)發(fā)率、起效天數(shù)等方面,治療Ⅰ組與其它兩組有顯著性差異。 結(jié)論：治療眼袋,面部刮痧配合可采中藥眼貼膜療效優(yōu)于單一應(yīng)用可采眼貼膜或單純面部刮痧可供臨床選用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the three different methods of "facial scraping combined with traditional Chinese medicine eye patch", "traditional Chinese medicine eye patch" and "simple facial scraping", to treat the difference in the effect of eye bag.
Methods: 91 patients were divided into group I, group I, treatment group I and group III. treatment group I was treated with facial scraping with traditional Chinese medicine eye patch. Group II was treated with ophthalmic film with traditional Chinese medicine. The treatment of group III was treated with simple facial scraping, and the curative effect after three courses of treatment was observed.
Results: there were significant differences in the improvement of clinical symptoms, cure rate, relapse rate and onset days. There was significant difference between the treatment group I and the other two groups.
Conclusion: the treatment of pouch and facial scraping combined with the traditional Chinese medicine eye patch is better than the single application of the eye socket or pure facial scraping.
