【摘要】：目的:觀察連花清瘟膠囊治療單純皰疹病毒性角膜炎的療效。方法:將單純皰疹病毒性角膜炎患者60例按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組和對(duì)照組各30例,對(duì)照組給予1%阿昔洛韋點(diǎn)眼,治療組加用連花清瘟膠囊每次4粒,每日3次。結(jié)果:治療組治愈率和復(fù)發(fā)率分別為96.67%和15.00%,對(duì)照組為80.33%和36.36%,2組療效和隨訪復(fù)發(fā)情況比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:連花清瘟膠囊治療單純皰疹病毒性角膜炎療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of Lianhua Qingwen capsule on herpes simplex keratitis. Methods: 60 patients with herpes simplex keratitis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was given 1% acyclovir, and the treatment group was treated with 4 capsules of Lianhua Qingwen capsule three times a day. Results: the cure rate and recurrence rate were 96.67% and 15.00 in the treatment group, 80.33% and 36.36% in the control group, respectively. Conclusion: Lianhua Qingwen capsule is effective in treating herpes simplex keratitis.
