【摘要】： 目的 探討伴長(zhǎng)眼軸的白內(nèi)障患者行白內(nèi)障超聲乳化聯(lián)合單焦后房型人工晶體植入術(shù)術(shù)后早期近視力及調(diào)節(jié)幅度的改變。 方法 對(duì)59例75只眼白內(nèi)障患者行白內(nèi)障超聲乳化聯(lián)合人工晶體植入術(shù),按眼軸長(zhǎng)度分為兩組,A組為伴長(zhǎng)眼軸的白內(nèi)障患者(眼軸26.03-29.98mm,平均27.95±1.75mm)23例28只眼,B組為對(duì)照組患者(眼軸22.25-25.63mm,平均23.58±1.Olmm)36例47只眼,術(shù)前預(yù)留近用度數(shù)。觀察兩組術(shù)后1周、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月的遠(yuǎn)近視力,調(diào)節(jié)幅度的變化。 結(jié)果 伴長(zhǎng)眼軸的白內(nèi)障患者的調(diào)節(jié)幅度在術(shù)后1周、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月分別為(1.09±0.21)D、(1.13±0.23)D和(1.18±0.21)D,均明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。 結(jié)論 白內(nèi)障超聲乳化術(shù)后人工晶體眼存在偽調(diào)節(jié)；伴長(zhǎng)眼軸的白內(nèi)障患者超聲乳化術(shù)后早期調(diào)節(jié)幅度較對(duì)照組降低。
[Abstract]:PurposeTo investigate the changes of early near visual acuity and range of adjustment after phacoemulsification combined with single focal posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in patients with long axial cataract.MethodPhacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation was performed in 59 cases (75 eyes) of cataract.According to the length of the eye axis, the eyes were divided into two groups: group A (26.03-29.98mm, mean 27.95 鹵1.75mm)23, 28 eyes) as control group (axial 22.25-25.63mm, mean 23.58 鹵1.Olmm)36, 47 eyes).The changes of visual acuity and adjustment amplitude were observed 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation in both groups.ResultThe adjustment ranges of cataract patients with long axis at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation were 1.09 鹵0.21 D and 1.18 鹵0.21 D, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05).ConclusionAfter phacoemulsification, pseudoregulation was found in intraocular lens, and the range of early adjustment in phacoemulsification with long axis was lower than that in control group.
