【摘要】：目的：探討阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(OSAHS)合并高血壓患者及其與血糖、血脂的相關性。方法：回顧性搜集了PSG診斷排除OSAHS(阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征)患者120例(其中健康對照組60例,高血壓患者60例),確診為OSAHS120例(單純OSAHS患者60例,合并高血壓患者60例)患者的血清空腹血糖、糖化血紅蛋白、甘油三酯(TG)、總膽固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及呼吸暫停低通氣指數(shù)(AHI)、最低血氧飽和度(LSO2)、平均血氧飽和度(BSO2)監(jiān)測結果,探討各指標與OSAHS的相關性。結果：方差分析結果示OSAHS合并高血壓患者上述指標與單純OSAHS患者組、高血壓患者組及對照組有顯著差別,線性相關分析顯示LSaO2、MSaO2與A HI成負相關(r分別為-0.710,-0.560,均P0.01)。OSAHS患者血清空腹血糖、糖化血紅蛋白、TG、TC、LDL與AHI呈正相關(r=0.123、0.310、0.521、0.698、0.799,P0.05或P0.01),HDL與AHI呈負相關(r分別為-0.652,P0.01)。結論：空腹血糖、糖化血紅蛋白、TG、TC、LDL水平與AHI相關;OSAHS可影響患者的糖代謝,導致糖化血紅蛋白升高,預示糖尿病及微血管病變的發(fā)生亂相關,同時高血壓患者血脂水平升高,OSAHS患者血脂水平升高,兩者比較,OSAHS合并高血壓患者血脂水平較健康對照及分別患有兩種疾病之一的水平要高,可見OSAHS可影響患者血脂水平,同時促進高血壓的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) with hypertension and blood glucose and blood lipid.Methods: one hundred and twenty patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) diagnosed by PSG were retrospectively collected, including 60 healthy control group, 60 hypertension patients and 60 OSAHS120 patients.Serum fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin,The monitoring results of TGG, TC, HDL, LDL, LDL and apnea hypopnea index (AHIHV), minimum oxygen saturation (LSO _ 2) and mean oxygen saturation (BSO _ 2) were observed. The correlation between the indexes and OSAHS was discussed.Results: the results of ANOVA showed that the above indexes in OSAHS patients with hypertension were significantly different from those in patients with OSAHS alone, hypertension patients and control groups.The linear correlation analysis showed that the negative correlation r between MSaO2 and HI was -0.710 ~ (-0.560), respectively. The serum fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAc) TGG / TC-LDL and AHI were positively correlated with AHI (r = -0.123) 0.3102n 0.698U 0.799P0.05 or P 0.01HDL negatively correlated with AHI, r = -0.652g / P0.01a, respectively.Conclusion: the levels of fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (TGG) TCU LDL and AHI associated with OSAHS may affect the glucose metabolism of patients and lead to the increase of glycosylated hemoglobin, indicating the disorder correlation between diabetes mellitus and microangiopathy.At the same time, the level of blood lipid in patients with hypertension was higher than that in patients with hypertension. The level of serum lipids in patients with hypertension was higher than that in healthy controls and patients with one of the two diseases. It can be seen that OSAHS can affect the level of blood lipid in patients with hypertension.At the same time promote the occurrence of hypertension.
