【摘要】：目的探討鼻內(nèi)鏡下中鼻道開窗聯(lián)合尖牙小視窗雙徑路術(shù)治療上頜竇感染患者的療效,為臨床治療上頜竇感染提供參考。方法選取醫(yī)院2011年2月-2012年3月收治的128例上頜竇感染患者,隨機(jī)分為兩組,每組各64例,對照組單純應(yīng)用鼻內(nèi)鏡下中鼻道開窗術(shù)治療,觀察組同時(shí)聯(lián)合尖牙窩小視窗雙徑路術(shù)治療,對兩組患者的治療效果進(jìn)行對照分析。結(jié)果臨床治療總有效率對照組為79.69%,觀察組為93.75%,觀察組患者明顯高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);術(shù)前觀察組患者的主觀癥狀評分為(133.47±10.52)分、術(shù)后為(27.95±5.04)分;對照組術(shù)前為(132.52±10.69)分、術(shù)后為(41.76±6.31)分,兩組患者主觀癥狀評分均較治療前顯著下降,但觀察組下降幅度明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論鼻內(nèi)鏡下中鼻道開窗術(shù)治療上頜竇感染有效,但聯(lián)合尖牙小視窗雙徑路術(shù)后,臨床治療效果明顯增強(qiáng),主觀癥狀顯著改善。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic middle nasal meatus fenestration combined with small canine window approach in the treatment of maxillary sinus infection and to provide reference for clinical treatment of maxillary sinus infection.Methods from February 2011 to March 2012, 128 patients with maxillary sinus infection were randomly divided into two groups, 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with endoscopic middle nasal canal fenestration.The two groups were treated with small window of canine fossa and the therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed.Results the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 79.69 and that in the observation group was 93.75.The patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the subjective symptom score of the patients in the preoperative observation group was 133.47 鹵10.52), and the score was 27.95 鹵5.04 before operation in the observation group, and 132.52 鹵10.69 in the control group before operation.The score of subjective symptoms in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, but the decrease in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic middle nasal meatus fenestration is effective in the treatment of maxillary sinus infection.
