【摘要】：目的比較小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝膠和1 g·L-1玻璃酸鈉防治準分子激光原位角膜磨鑲術(shù)(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)術(shù)后干眼的療效。方法將擬行LASIK的近視患者120例(240眼)隨機分為A、B兩組,術(shù)后分別使用小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝膠、1 g·L-1玻璃酸鈉眼液,每天4次滴眼,術(shù)后1周、2周和4周對2組患者進行眼表疾病指數(shù)問卷調(diào)查(ocular surface disease index,OSDI)評分,記錄患者的視力和屈光度,進行淚液分泌試驗、淚膜破裂時間檢查及眼表熒光素染色檢查。結(jié)果術(shù)后不同時間兩組患者視力和屈光度無明顯差別(均為P0.05)。術(shù)后1周A組OSDI評分較低(P0.05),其他時間點兩組間沒有明顯差別(均為P0.05);A組術(shù)后眼部不適對日常生活的影響始終低于B組(P0.05);兩組術(shù)后因環(huán)境因素誘發(fā)眼部不適的情況無明顯差別(P0.05)。A組術(shù)后不同時間淚膜破裂時間均長于B組(均為P0.05),但兩組間的淚液分泌試驗結(jié)果無明顯差別(均為P0.05)。A組術(shù)后不同時間角膜熒光素染色評分均低于B組(均為P0.01)。結(jié)論質(zhì)量分數(shù)20%小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝膠治療LASIK術(shù)后干眼比1 g·L-1玻璃酸鈉起效快,療效更好,更適于LASIK術(shù)后使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effects of ophthalmic gel and 1 g L-1 sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eyes after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASK).Methods one hundred and twenty patients (240 eyes) with LASIK were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n = 20) and group A (n = 20). After operation, 1 g L ~ (-1) sodium hyaluronate eye solution was used as the extract of calf blood deproteinization respectively, and the eyes were dripped 4 times a day.Visual acuity and diopter were recorded, tear secretion test, lacrimal film rupture time and fluorescein staining were performed 1 week and 4 weeks after operation.Results there was no significant difference in visual acuity and diopter between the two groups at different time after operation (P 0.05).At 1 week after operation, the OSDI score of group A was lower than that of group A (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups at other time points (both P0.05A group had lower influence on daily life than group B, and the postoperative ocular discomfort induced by environmental factors in both groups was lower than that in group B).The tear film rupture time of group A was longer than that of group B at different time after operation (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the results of tear secretion test between the two groups (P 0.05). The score of corneal fluorescein staining in group A was lower than that in group B at different time after operation (all P 0.01).Conclusion the gel of 20% calf blood deproteinized extract is more effective than 1 g L -1 sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eye after LASIK, and is more suitable for LASIK operation.
