【摘要】： 目的：獲得急性視神經(jīng)炎(Acute optic neuritis AON)的區(qū)域性流行病學(xué)資料,為進(jìn)一步闡明該疾病的發(fā)病規(guī)律提供有益的線索。 方法：抽樣調(diào)查分析2008年8月--2009年7月每個月的第三周福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院眼科門診確診的AON臨床資料。分析研究AON在眼科疾病中的構(gòu)成比、發(fā)病年齡、發(fā)病季節(jié)、職業(yè)、伴發(fā)疾病及臨床特征。 結(jié)果：AON的病例數(shù)與門診就診人數(shù)的構(gòu)成比為14：15883=8.82：10000；AON春季發(fā)病率最高,達(dá)65%；約半數(shù)病人有眶周疼痛及眼球轉(zhuǎn)動痛,雙眼同時發(fā)病占50%。 結(jié)論：AON在福建地區(qū)的發(fā)病率不高,但雙眼同時發(fā)病率較高,春季是該病的高發(fā)期。
[Abstract]:Objective: to obtain the regional epidemiological data of acute optic neuritis of acute optic neuritis, and to provide useful clues for further elucidating the pathogenesis of the disease.Methods: the AON clinical data of the first affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University in the third week of each month from August 2008 to July 2009 were analyzed.To analyze and study the constitution ratio, onset age, onset season, occupation, concomitant diseases and clinical features of AON in ophthalmological diseases.Results the proportion of cases to outpatients was 14: 15883 (8.82: 10000). The incidence of AON in spring was the highest (65%), and about half of the patients had periorbital pain and eye rotation pain, and the incidence of binocular disease was 50% at the same time.Conclusion the incidence of the disease is not high in Fujian, but it is higher in both eyes, and the incidence is high in spring.
