【摘要】：目的:評價(jià)重慶市復(fù)明工程白內(nèi)障患者手術(shù)前后的主觀視功能、生存質(zhì)量。方法:通過流動(dòng)白內(nèi)障篩查選擇接受手術(shù)的患者,應(yīng)用世界衛(wèi)生組織和美國眼科研究所為發(fā)展中國家所開發(fā)的生存質(zhì)量(quality of life,QOL)量表、視功能(vision function,VF)量表在術(shù)前及術(shù)后3個(gè)月對患者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。由復(fù)明工程組織對患者進(jìn)行免費(fèi)白內(nèi)障囊外摘除術(shù)聯(lián)合后房型人工晶體植入術(shù)。結(jié)果:最終334名患者完成術(shù)前及術(shù)后3個(gè)月的調(diào)查。受調(diào)查患者平均年齡為(70.45±9.78)歲。手術(shù)前后VF、QOL比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,手術(shù)后較手術(shù)前評分增高(P0.001)。嚴(yán)重盲(severe blindness,SB)組患者VF提高值分別高于視力損傷(vision impairment,VI)組和單眼盲(unilateral blindness,UL)組,差別均有統(tǒng)計(jì)意義(PVI=0.008,PUL=0.042);SB組患者QOL提高值分別高于VI組和UL組,差別均有統(tǒng)計(jì)意義(P0.001)。不同年齡組VF提高值比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=0.397,P=0.755),小于60歲年齡組和大于等于81歲年齡組的QOL提高值均高于60~69歲年齡組,差別均有統(tǒng)計(jì)意義(P60=0.038,P≥81=0.009)。結(jié)論:"重慶市百萬貧困白內(nèi)障復(fù)明工程"術(shù)后患者主觀視功能和生存質(zhì)量較術(shù)前提高,該項(xiàng)目手術(shù)效果良好,應(yīng)該繼續(xù)實(shí)施此類利民工程,同時(shí)也應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)防盲手術(shù)過程的質(zhì)量控制,并重視術(shù)后長期隨訪。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the subjective visual function and quality of life of cataract patients before and after operation.Methods: the quality of life (QOL) scale developed by the World Health Organization and the American Institute of Ophthalmology for developing countries was used to select patients undergoing surgery through mobile cataract screening.The visual function function VF scale was investigated before and 3 months after operation.Free extracapsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation were performed by Fuming Engineering.Results: 334 patients completed the investigation before and 3 months after operation.The average age of the patients was 70.45 鹵9.78 years old.There were significant differences in VFU QOL before and after operation, and the scores after operation were higher than those before operation (P 0.001).涓ラ噸鐩，
