【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)鼻內(nèi)鏡鼻腔淚囊吻合術(shù)治療慢性淚囊炎的方法及臨床效果。方法回顧性分析改良鼻內(nèi)鏡下鼻腔淚囊吻合術(shù)治療慢性淚囊炎14例(16眼)資料,該組患者均采用"三瓣法"行鼻內(nèi)鏡下手術(shù)治療,術(shù)中造瘺口不放置擴(kuò)張管,黏膜瓣不使用鈦夾及縫合法固定。結(jié)果術(shù)后隨訪6個月以上,有效率93.75%(15/16)。結(jié)論鼻內(nèi)鏡下三瓣法行鼻腔淚囊吻合術(shù)治療慢性淚囊炎療效滿意,避免了面部遺留瘢痕,保留淚液泵功能,術(shù)中不放置擴(kuò)張管及鈦夾,術(shù)后恢復(fù)快,成功率高,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis by endoscopic nasolacrimal sac anastomosis and its clinical effect. Methods the data of 14 cases (16 eyes) of chronic dacryocystitis treated by modified endoscopic dacryocystostomy were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were treated by "three-flap method" under nasal endoscope. No dilated tube was placed in the fistula orifice, and the mucosal flap was not fixed by titanium clip or suture. Results the follow-up was more than 6 months after operation. Conclusion the nasolacrimal sac anastomosis under nasal endoscope has satisfactory curative effect on chronic dacryocystitis, avoids facial scar, preserves tear pump function, does not place dilatation tube and titanium clip during operation, recovers quickly after operation and has high success rate. It is worth popularizing.
