【摘要】：目的觀察0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液聯(lián)合應(yīng)用0.25%倍他洛爾混懸液對原發(fā)性開角型青光眼及高眼壓癥患者3個(gè)月的降眼壓療效及安全性。設(shè)計(jì)前瞻性病例系列。研究對象原發(fā)性開角型青光眼32例(57眼),高眼壓癥14例(27眼)。方法給予0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液及0.25%倍他洛爾混懸液早晚各2次點(diǎn)眼,分別于用藥后2、4、8、12周復(fù)查,觀察用藥前后的眼壓及不良反應(yīng),共觀察3個(gè)月。主要指標(biāo)眼壓、不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果用藥后2~12周眼壓平均降低5.71~7.38mm Hg,平均降幅為21.94%~39.01%;左右眼間降眼壓效果無明顯區(qū)別(P0.05);男女性別之間降眼壓效果亦無顯著差異(P0.05)。隨訪期間,3例患者出現(xiàn)不能耐受的眼部刺激癥狀而退出試驗(yàn)。7例(8.33%)出現(xiàn)眼分泌物增多;5例(5.95%)出現(xiàn)眼部刺痛;10例(11.9%)出現(xiàn)眼部燒灼感;7例出現(xiàn)口苦(8.33%);3例(3.57%)出現(xiàn)眉弓脹痛伴頭痛;視力及前節(jié)無顯著變化。結(jié)論本文的短期研究顯示,0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液聯(lián)合0.25%倍他洛爾混懸液對原發(fā)性開角型青光眼及高眼壓癥患者具有較好的降眼壓效果,副作用少。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of 0.2% bromonidine tartrate eye drops combined with 0.25% betalool suspension in lowering intraocular pressure in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma and hyperbaric hypertension for 3 months. Participants 32 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (32 eyes) and 27 eyes with high intraocular pressure (IOP) were treated with 0.2% bromonidine tartrate eye drops and 0.25% betaloprolol suspension twice in the morning and evening. The intraocular pressure (IOP) and adverse reactions were observed at 812 weeks after treatment for 3 months. The main indexes of IOP were intraocular pressure (IOP), intraocular pressure (IOP), and intraocular pressure (IOP). Results the intraocular pressure (IOP) decreased by 21.94% (39.01%) at 12 weeks after treatment, there was no significant difference in the effect of IOP reduction between right and left eyes (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in the effect of IOP reduction between male and female (P 0.05). No significant difference was found in 3 patients with IOP during the follow-up period. Eye irritation symptoms were tolerated in 7 cases (8.33) and eye secretion increased in 5 cases (5.95%) eye prickly pain was found in 10 cases (11.9%) eye burning sensation was found in 7 cases (8. 33%) and there were 3 cases (3.57) with bilge of eyebrow arch and headache. Conclusion the short-term study shows that the combination of 0.2% bromonidine tartrate eye drops and 0.25% betalool suspension has a good effect on lowering IOP in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma and high intraocular pressure with less side effects.
