【摘要】：目的：探討鼻咽癌組織中EBERs與BMI-1表達(dá)相關(guān)性。 方法：對2007年12月至2009年11月收治的40例鼻咽癌患者的石蠟包埋切片進(jìn)行研究。原位雜交方法檢測這些切片中EBERs的表達(dá)。免疫組化方法檢測這些切片中BMI-]的表達(dá)。 結(jié)果：40例鼻咽癌組織中EBERs情況：(+)組14例、(++)組15例、(+++)組7例、(++++)組4例；合計低表達(dá)組為29例,高表達(dá)組為11例,陽性表達(dá)率為100%(40/40)。40例鼻咽癌組織中BMI-1情況：BMI-1表達(dá)陰性組27例, (+)組2例, (++)組8例, (+++)組3例,陽性表達(dá)率為32.5%(13/40)。鼻咽癌組織中EBERs表達(dá)與BMI-1表達(dá)差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,p值0.005,rs0.058。鼻咽癌組織中EBERs表達(dá)分組與BMI-1強(qiáng)陽性表達(dá)差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,p值=0.364。 結(jié)論：檢測鼻咽癌中EBERs表達(dá),可以作為檢測EBV感染的一種方法,至少在低分化鱗癌中是一種高敏感性、高特異性的方法。鼻咽癌中EBERs表達(dá)與BMI-1表達(dá)可能有正相關(guān)性,可以進(jìn)一步研究證實(shí),并探討二者間的機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between EBERs and BMI-1 expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods: the paraffin embedded sections of 40 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma from December 2007 to November 2009 were studied. The expression of EBERs in these sections was detected by in situ hybridization and the expression of BMI-] was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results of the 40 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, EBERs was found in 14 cases (15 cases), 15 cases (15 cases), 7 cases (4 cases), 29 cases in low expression group and 11 cases in high expression group. The positive expression rate was 100% 40% 40 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), 27 cases of negative BMI-1 expression group, 2 cases of group (2), 8 cases of group (8), 3 cases of group (3). The positive expression rate was 32.5 / 40%. There was significant difference between EBERs expression and BMI-1 expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (P = 0.005 rs0.058). There was no significant difference between EBERs expression group and BMI-1 strong positive expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue (P = 0.364). Conclusion: detection of EBERs expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma can be used as a method to detect EBV infection, at least it is a highly sensitive and specific method in poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. There may be a positive correlation between EBERs expression and BMI-1 expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The mechanism between the two can be further studied and verified.
