【摘要】：目的：觀察硬性透氣性角膜接觸鏡(rigid gas permeable contact lens, RGPCL)用于外傷后無晶狀體眼視功能重建的可行性、有效性和安全性。方法：對17例(16男1女)單眼眼外傷后無晶狀體眼做回顧性研究。17例患者均單眼佩戴RGPCL,其中包括9例虹膜缺失患者佩戴棕色鏡片,并記錄其裸眼視力(uncorrected visual acuity, UCVA),最佳框架眼鏡矯正視力(best spectacle corrected visual acuity, BSCVA)及最佳角膜接觸鏡矯正視力(best contact lens corrected visual acuity, BCLCVA)。結(jié)果：17例單眼外傷無晶狀體眼患者佩戴RGPCL,其中8片為無色鏡片,9片為棕色鏡片。用框架眼鏡矯正,最佳矯正視力(best corrected visual acuity, BCVA)"g0.3有7眼(41.2%),BCVA≥0.5有4眼(23.5%)；RGP角膜接觸鏡矯正,BCVA"g0.3有15眼(88.2%),BCVA≥0.5有10眼(58.8%)。每天佩戴RGPCL8小時(shí)以上16例(94.1%),1例選擇Ⅱ期后房型人工晶體植入術(shù)。7例(41.2%)出現(xiàn)角膜點(diǎn)狀著色,4例(23.5%)發(fā)生巨乳頭狀結(jié)膜炎,2例(11.8%)戴鏡前角膜有新生血管,隨訪結(jié)束時(shí)新生血管未見明顯變化,無角膜水腫或感染情況發(fā)生。1例在隨訪過程中鏡片破碎,之后補(bǔ)配同樣規(guī)格鏡片,其余鏡片均完整。結(jié)論：硬性透氣性角膜接觸鏡在單眼外傷后無晶狀體引起的屈光異常治療中是一種有效的方法,具有較高的安全性,良好的耐受性,并且可以矯正角膜疤痕引起的不規(guī)則散光。棕色鏡片可以改善虹膜缺失造成的畏光,同時(shí)起到美容的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the feasibility of rigid gas permeable contact Lens (RGPCL) in the reconstruction of visual function of aphakic eyes after trauma. Methods: a retrospective study was conducted on 17 patients with single eye trauma, including 17 patients with iris deficiency, who were treated with RGPCL, and 9 patients with iris deficiency, who were treated with RGPCL.Methods: a retrospective study was conducted in 17 patients with monocular trauma, including 9 patients with iris deficiency, who wore brown lenses.
