【摘要】：目的：探討Fascin-1和MMP-1在喉鱗狀細胞癌和癌旁組織中的表達及其臨床預后中的意義。 方法：免疫組化SP法檢測50例喉鱗狀細胞癌及其癌旁0.5cm、1.0cm和正常組織中Fascin-1和MMP-1的表達情況,并結合臨床隨訪,分析其臨床病例參數及患者預后的關系。 結果：Fascin-1在喉鱗癌中的表達為在癌組織、癌旁0.5cm、1.0cm及正常組織中的表達率依次降低,分別為80.0%、27.5%、22.5%、4.0%,兩兩比較結果顯示,除了癌旁0.5組與癌旁1.0組,癌旁1.0組與癌旁2.0組的fascin-1陽性表達率差別無統(tǒng)計學意義之外(P值大于0.008),其余各組間差別均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值小于0.008)。MMP-1在喉癌中的表達為在癌組織、癌旁0.5cm、1.0cm及2.0cm的表達率依次降低,分別為85.0%、35.0%、17.5%、5.0%,兩兩比較結果顯示,除了癌旁0.5組與癌旁1.0組,癌旁1.0組與正常組的MMP-1陽性表達率差別無統(tǒng)計學意義之外(P值大于0.008),其余各組間差別均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值小于0.008)。此結果與Fascin-1的表達情況類似。喉鱗癌中Fascin-1蛋白的表達與癌的臨床分期,病理分化程度及淋巴結轉移相關,與性別和年齡無關。MMP-1蛋白的表達同樣與癌的臨床分期,病理分化程度及淋巴結轉移相關,與腫瘤的位置無關。喉鱗癌中二者的表達呈正相關(P0.05)。 結論：Fascin-1和MMP-1在喉鱗癌的侵襲和轉移中發(fā)揮重要作用,二者的聯(lián)合檢測可能成為預測喉鱗癌預后的生物學指標；并為以Fascin-1和MMP-1為靶點的癌癥治療提供了思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of Fascin-1 and MMP-1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues and their clinical prognostic significance. Methods: immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Fascin-1 and MMP-1 in 50 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and its adjacent 0.5 cm ~ (1.0 cm) and normal tissues. The relationship between the clinical parameters and the prognosis of 50 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) was analyzed by clinical follow-up. Results the expression of Fascin-1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) was found to be in cancer tissue, and the expression rate in the adjacent 0.5 cm ~ (-1) cm and normal tissue was decreased in turn, which was 80.0% and 27.5% and 22.5T (P < 0.05), respectively. The results showed that, in addition to the adjacent 0.5 group and the adjacent 1.0 group, the expression rate of Fascin-1 in the laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly lower than that in the normal tissue. There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of fascin-1 between paracancerous 1.0 group and paracancerous 2.0 group (P > 0.008, P < 0.008). The expression of MMP-1 in laryngeal carcinoma was significantly lower than that in the other groups, and the expression rate of 0.5 cm ~ (-1) 1.0 cm and 2.0 cm was decreased in turn. The comparison showed that, in addition to the 0.5 group and the 1.0 group, the comparison showed that, in addition to the 0.5 group next to the cancer and the 1.0 group next to the cancer, There was no significant difference in the expression rate of MMP-1 between the adjacent 1. 0 group and the normal group, except that P value was greater than 0. 008, and the other groups had significant difference in P < 0. 008%. This result was similar to the expression of Fascin-1. The expression of Fascin-1 protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was similar to that in the control group (P < 0. 008). Expression and clinical stage of cancer, The expression of MMP-1 protein was also correlated with the clinical stage, pathological differentiation and lymph node metastasis, but not with the location of the tumor. The expression of MMP-1 protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was positively correlated with the expression of P0.05. Conclusion the combination of Fascin-1 and MMP-1 may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, and the combined detection of them may be a biological index to predict the prognosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, and may provide some ideas for the treatment of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma targeting Fascin-1 and MMP-1.
