【摘要】：目的分析蠶蝕性角膜潰瘍的臨床流行病學特點、相關的因素以及比較幾種治療方法的效果。 方法通過對21例(28眼)的患者年齡、性別、潰瘍浸潤深度、潰瘍浸潤范圍、潰瘍穿孔、免疫學檢查的情況,以及單純藥物、非角膜移植手術+藥物、角膜移植手術+藥物的3個治療組的療效進行分析。 結果男女比例為2：1,男性平均發(fā)病年齡57歲,女性平均發(fā)病年齡62.7歲,雙眼患者7例(33.3%),角膜病變范圍占角膜緣1/3者9眼,1/3-2/3者12眼,2/3者7眼,角膜潰瘍總的穿孔率14.3%。單純藥物治療的有效率為58.8%,非角膜移植手術+藥物治療的有效率為66.7%,角膜移植手術+藥物治療的有效率為66.7%。 結論多種不同藥物以及非角膜移植手術的綜合應用可提高治療的有效性。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical epidemiologic characteristics, related factors and the effect of several treatment methods of corneal ulcer caused by silkworm erosion. Methods the age, sex, depth of ulcer infiltration, ulcers infiltration range, ulcer perforation, immunological examination, and drugs alone, non-keratoplasty drugs were used in 21 patients (28 eyes). The curative effect of 3 groups treated with drugs for corneal transplantation was analyzed. Results the male / female ratio was 2: 1, the average age of male was 57 years old, the average age of female was 62.7 years old, the mean age of onset was 62.7 years old, 7 cases of binocular patients were 33. 3%. The range of corneal lesion was 1/3 eyes, 9 eyes with 1 / 3 / 3 / 3, 12 eyes with 2 / 3 / 3 eyes, 7 eyes with 3 / 3 eyes. The total perforation rate of corneal ulcer was 14.3.The effective rate of drug therapy was 58.8%, that of non-corneal transplantation surgery was 66.7%, and that of corneal transplantation operation was 66.7%. Conclusion the comprehensive application of different drugs and non-keratoplasty can improve the effectiveness of the treatment.
