【摘要】：目的評(píng)估FS200和VisuMax兩種不同的飛秒激光制瓣LASIK術(shù)后患者視力和暗視下對(duì)比敏感度的不同。方法選取20例40眼行VisuMax飛秒激光制瓣LASIK手術(shù)(VisuMax組),20例40眼行FS200飛秒激光制瓣LASIK手術(shù)(FS200組)。觀察術(shù)前及術(shù)后1周、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月的裸眼視力(uncorrect visual acuity,UCVA)、屈光度、最佳矯正視力(best-corrected visual acuity,BCVA)和暗視下有無(wú)眩光狀態(tài)下的對(duì)比敏感度。結(jié)果術(shù)后3個(gè)月時(shí)兩組所有患者的UCVA均達(dá)到1.0及以上,有效指數(shù)為1.06±0.18(VisuMax組)和1.04±0.20(FS200組)(P=0.397),等效球鏡為(0.11±0.22)D(VisuMax組)和(0.14±0.22)D(FS200組)(P=0.573),兩組所有患者的等效球鏡均在±1.00 D內(nèi),90.0%(VisuMax組)和87.5%(FS200組)的患者等效球鏡在±0.50 D內(nèi)(P=1.000),無(wú)患者出現(xiàn)BCVA下降,術(shù)后3個(gè)月時(shí)兩組暗視無(wú)眩光情況下對(duì)比敏感度中頻段均有提高(1.0∶5.0、1.0∶2.7),暗視有眩光下所有頻段對(duì)比敏感度均提高,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05),所有結(jié)果兩組間差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。結(jié)論兩種飛秒激光制瓣的LASIK術(shù)后的視力和暗視下對(duì)比敏感度變化是一致的,兩種飛秒LASIK手術(shù)均有良好的有效性和可預(yù)測(cè)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the difference of visual acuity and dark contrast sensitivity between two different femtosecond laser flaps (FS200 and VisuMax) after LASIK. Methods 20 patients (40 eyes) with VisuMax femtosecond laser flap (LASIK) and 40 eyes (40 eyes) with VisuMax femtosecond laser flap were treated with FS200 femtosecond laser. Before and 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation, the uncorrected visual acuity and diopter of FS200 group were observed. Best corrected visual (BCVA) and contrast sensitivity under dark vision with or without glare. Results at 3 months after operation, the UCVA of all patients in both groups was 1.0 or above. The effective index was 1.06 鹵0.18 visuMax) and 1.04 鹵0.20 FS200 (0.397g) and 0.11 鹵0.22 DX (visuMax) and 0.14 鹵0.22DFS200 (0.14 鹵0.22DFS200), respectively. All the patients in both groups were within 鹵1.00 D VisuMax) and 87.5FS200 (P < 0.50 D). No decrease of BCVA was found in the two groups. At 3 months after operation, the contrast sensitivity of the two groups increased in the frequency range of 1.0: 5.0 to 1.0: 2.7 in the case of dark vision without glare, and the contrast sensitivity of all the frequency bands in the dark vision with glare was increased. The differences were statistically significant (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion the visual acuity and dark contrast sensitivity of the two femtosecond laser flaps after LASIK are the same. Both femtosecond LASIK procedures are effective and predictable.
