【摘要】：目的對(duì)0～6歲兒童進(jìn)行眼病的篩查,了解各個(gè)階段兒童眼病篩查的方法及眼部疾病的發(fā)病情況。方法對(duì)2012年6月-2013年6月在本院出生以及來(lái)本院門(mén)診進(jìn)行體檢的17 255名0～6歲兒童進(jìn)行外眼檢查、光刺激瞬目反應(yīng)檢查、紅光反射檢查、眼底檢查、視力評(píng)估、眼位檢查、眼球運(yùn)動(dòng)評(píng)估以及屈光檢查等,按照年齡分為4組,分別對(duì)4組的篩查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果第1組(1～28d)檢查新生兒7 395例,其中球結(jié)膜下出血430例,結(jié)膜炎380例,淚道阻塞21例;第2組(29d～6個(gè)月)檢查嬰兒5 704例,其中結(jié)膜炎229例,淚道阻塞134例,淚囊炎70例,早產(chǎn)兒視網(wǎng)膜病變(retinopathy of prematurity,ROP)34例;第3組(6個(gè)月～3歲)檢查嬰幼兒3 811例,其中散光1 245例,結(jié)膜炎86例,倒睫81例;第4組(4～6歲)檢查學(xué)齡前兒童345例,其中散光24例,球鏡異常21例,外斜視19例。結(jié)論針對(duì)不同年齡的兒童采取適當(dāng)?shù)暮Y查方法進(jìn)行眼病篩查,及早發(fā)現(xiàn)各種影響兒童視覺(jué)發(fā)育的眼病,使其得到早期治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to screen 6 year old children with ophthalmopathy. To understand the methods of eye disease screening and the incidence of eye diseases in different stages of children. Methods 17 255 children aged 0 to 6 years old who were born in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 and who came to our clinic for physical examination were examined by external eye examination. Light stimulation blink reaction examination, red light reflex examination, fundus examination, visual acuity evaluation, eye position examination, eye movement assessment and refractive examination were divided into 4 groups according to age. Results in the first group, 7 395 newborns were examined for subconjunctival hemorrhage, 380 conjunctivitis and 21 lacrimal duct obstruction, and 5 704 infants were examined for conjunctivitis, including 229 conjunctivitis. There were 134 cases of lacrimal duct obstruction, 70 cases of dacryocystitis, 34 cases of retinopathy of prematurityof retinopathy of premature infants and 34 cases of retinopathy of prematurity.There were 3 811 cases of infants and children in group 3 (6 months old), including 1 245 cases of astigmatism, 86 cases of conjunctivitis and 81 cases of trichiasis. Group 4: 345 preschool children were examined, including 24 cases of astigmatism, 21 cases of spherical aberration and 19 cases of exotropia. Conclusion Ophthalmopathy screening is appropriate for children of different ages. Early detection of various eye diseases affecting the visual development of children, so that they get early treatment.
