【摘要】：正患者女,41歲。自訴出生時被發(fā)現(xiàn)左眼谷粒大小腫物,眼瞼不能睜開,未至醫(yī)院就診,后左眼腫物逐漸增大,無疼痛不適感,現(xiàn)腫物增大至拳頭狀,來我院就診。查體:右眼未見明顯異常;左眼未見明顯眼球,左眼部見一大小約8.0 cm×8.0 cm×4.0 cm腫物向外突出,瞼緣結(jié)構(gòu)不清楚(圖1)。超聲檢查:右眼球未見明顯異常;左眼球未探及,左眼眶探及一大小約8.0 cm×8.6 cm×6.6 cm實液混合回聲團(tuán)塊,
[Abstract]:The patient was 41 years old. At birth, she was found to have a mass of grain size in the left eye. The eyelid could not be opened. She did not go to the hospital to see a doctor. The mass of the left eye gradually increased after that, and there was no pain, no discomfort, and the mass was now enlarged to a fist-like shape. There was no obvious abnormality in the right eye, no obvious eyeball in the left eye, an outward projection in the left eye, no clear structure of the palpebral margin (fig. 1), no obvious abnormality in the ball of the right eye, and no obvious abnormality in the left eye, and the size of the tumor in the left eye was about 8.0 cm 脳 8.0 cm 脳 4.0 cm, and the structure of the palpebral margin was not clear (Fig. 1). Left eye did not reach, left orbital probe and a mixed echo mass of 8. 0 cm 脳 8. 6 cm 脳 6. 6 cm solid solution.
