【摘要】：目的：探討自體軟骨在審美性短鼻合并鼻尖圓鈍低平畸形整復(fù)中的應(yīng)用方法和效果。 方法：通過外切口進(jìn)路,取自體鼻中隔軟骨或同時(shí)取耳軟骨,必要時(shí)取肋軟骨,行鼻中隔延伸移植、鼻小柱支撐桿移植、鼻尖結(jié)構(gòu)移植,同時(shí)結(jié)合鼻尖縫合和軟骨、軟組織切除技術(shù)修復(fù)鼻尖。在術(shù)前和術(shù)后三個(gè)月,分別測(cè)量鼻長度(n-prn, n:nasion, prn:pronasale)和鼻尖突出度(sn-prn, sn:subnasale),然后進(jìn)行配對(duì)t檢驗(yàn)的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。 結(jié)果：應(yīng)用自體軟骨修復(fù)審美性短鼻合并鼻尖圓鈍低平畸形的患者31例。術(shù)后隨訪3個(gè)月,滿意者30例,滿意率達(dá)96.7%,1例因出現(xiàn)術(shù)后雙側(cè)鼻孔不對(duì)稱畸形,患者不滿意,占3.3%。手術(shù)前后鼻長度有顯著差異(P0.05),鼻尖突出度有顯著差異(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：應(yīng)用自體軟骨移植,結(jié)合鼻尖縫合和切除技術(shù),修復(fù)審美性短鼻合并鼻尖圓鈍低平畸形,效果滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the application and effect of autologous cartilage in the treatment of short nose with nasal obtuse and low level deformity. Methods: autologous nasal septum cartilage was taken from the external incision, and the costal cartilage was removed at the same time, then the nasal septum extension graft, the column support rod transplantation, the nasal tip structure transplantation, the suture of the nasal tip and the cartilage, were performed at the same time. The nasal tip was repaired with soft tissue resection technique. Before and three months after operation, the nasal length was measured as n-prnn, n: nasion, prn: pronasale) and nasal tip protrusion sn-prn, sn-prn, sn-subnasaleal, and then the statistical analysis of paired t test was performed. Results: 31 cases of aesthetic short nose combined with blunt low level deformity of nasal tip were repaired with autologous cartilage. After 3 months follow-up, 30 cases were satisfied, and the satisfaction rate was 96.7% in 1 case. There were significant differences in nasal length before and after operation (P 0.05) and nasal apex protrusion (P 0.05). Conclusion: using autologous cartilage transplantation combined with nasal suture and excision to repair the aesthetic short nose with obtuse low level deformity of nasal tip with satisfactory results.
