成年近視患者主視眼與調(diào)節(jié)因素關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:目的: 研究成年近視患者主視眼分布,及主視眼和非主視眼與調(diào)節(jié)各因素之間的關(guān)系。 方法: 35例年齡18-35周歲,雙眼屈光不正在-2.00DS至-10.OODS之間同時(shí)屈光參差低于1.5DS,最佳矯正視力之1.0的單純近視患者納入研究,采用卡洞法并結(jié)合拇指法判斷主視眼別,主客觀綜合驗(yàn)光獲得屈光不正度數(shù),移近法測(cè)量單眼調(diào)節(jié)幅度,FCC法測(cè)量調(diào)節(jié)滯后,翻轉(zhuǎn)法測(cè)量調(diào)節(jié)靈敏度。運(yùn)用SPSS17.0配對(duì)t檢驗(yàn)分析主視眼與非主視眼間各調(diào)節(jié)因素的關(guān)系。 結(jié)果: 全部患者的主視眼與非主視眼間的調(diào)節(jié)幅度(9.69±2.30vs9.60±2.37,P=0.294)、調(diào)節(jié)靈敏度(11.08±4.20vs10.63±4.60,P=0.260)和調(diào)節(jié)滯后量(0.11±0.27vs0.18±0.33,P=0.106)均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。右眼為主視眼的患者和左眼為主視眼的患者雙眼調(diào)節(jié)幅度(9.48±2.29vs9.33±2.49, P=0.319;9.91±2.35vs9.88±2.26, P=0.749),調(diào)節(jié)靈敏度(10.50±4.70vs9.99±4.90, P=0.116;10.70±3.77vs11.25±4.27,P=0.295)和調(diào)節(jié)滯后量(0.14±0.310vs0.18±0.32, P=0.419;0.08±0.23vs0.18±0.35, P=0.168)均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。 結(jié)論: 對(duì)于無(wú)或較小屈光參差的成人近視患者來(lái)說(shuō),主視眼是注視動(dòng)作的主導(dǎo)眼,在注視過(guò)程中象是有更多的使用機(jī)會(huì),但并不一定具備更好的調(diào)節(jié)幅度、調(diào)節(jié)靈敏度及調(diào)節(jié)準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Objective:. Objective: to study the distribution of main eye and the relationship between main eye and non main eye in adult myopia patients. Methods:. Thirty-five patients aged 18-35 years with anisometropia between -2.00DS and -10.OODS were included in the study. The patients with simple myopia with 1.0 best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) were included in the study. The refractive errors were obtained by subjective and objective comprehensive optometry, the amplitude of monocular adjustment was measured by moving closer method and the adjustment lag was measured by FCC method, and the sensitivity was measured by flip method. The relationship between the adjustment factors of primary eye and non-principal eye was analyzed by SPSS17.0 paired t test. Results:. There was no significant difference in the amplitude of regulation between the main and non-primary eyes of all patients (9.69 鹵2.30 vs 9.60 鹵2.37), the regulatory sensitivity was 11.08 鹵4.20 vs 10.63 鹵4.60 鹵0.260), and the regulatory lag was 0.11 鹵0.27 vs 0.18 鹵0.33 P 0.106). The range of binocular accommodation was 9.48 鹵2.29 vs 9.33 鹵2.49, P 0.3199.91 鹵2.35 vs 9.88 鹵2.26, P = 0.29 鹵2.29 vs 9.33 鹵2.49, P 0.39 9 鹵2.35 vs 9.88 鹵2.26, respectively. There was no significant difference in the regulating sensitivity (10.50 鹵4.70 vs 9.99 鹵4.90, P < 0.116 鹵10.70 鹵3.77 vs 11.25 鹵4.27 vs 11.25 鹵4.27 vs 0.295), and in the adjustment delay of 0.14 鹵0.310 vs 0.18 鹵0.32, 0.419 鹵0.23 vs 0.18 鹵0.35, P 0.168). Conclusion:. For adult myopia patients without or with minor anisometropia, the main eye is the dominant eye for fixation, which appears to have more opportunities to use during the fixation process, but it does not necessarily have a better range of adjustment. Adjust sensitivity and accuracy.
