【摘要】：目的探討鼠神經(jīng)生長因子治療缺血性視神經(jīng)病變的療效。方法選取滄州市中心醫(yī)院在2012年11月~2013年11月收治的120例缺血性視神經(jīng)病變患者作為研究對象,隨機分為對照組(n=60)和聯(lián)合組(n=60),對照組給予常規(guī)藥物治療,聯(lián)合組在常規(guī)藥物治療基礎(chǔ)上,加用鼠神經(jīng)生長因子,比較2組患者的療效。結(jié)果聯(lián)合組患者的治療總有效率顯著高于對照組(P0.05),差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;聯(lián)合組和對照組患眼視野比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),聯(lián)合組視野恢復(fù)顯著優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論注射用鼠神經(jīng)生長因子多藥聯(lián)合治療缺血性視神經(jīng)病變,具有確切的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy of nerve growth factor (NGF) in the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods 120 patients with ischemic optic neuropathy treated in Cangzhou Central Hospital from November 2012 to November 2013 were selected as study objects. The control group was randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 60) and the combined group (n = 60). The control group was given routine drug therapy, and the combined group was treated with nerve growth factor (NGF) on the basis of routine drug therapy. Results the total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The visual field recovery of the combined group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion there is a definite curative effect on ischemic optic neuropathy in the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy with multiple drugs of nerve growth factor for injection.
