【摘要】：摘要 目的探討矯治視力正常的弱視患兒治療前后的對比敏感度變化情況。 方法對40例經(jīng)治療后視力恢復(fù)至5.0或以上的弱視患兒治療前后的對比敏感度和40例年齡相匹配的正常兒童的對比敏感度進行測量。測量采用美國Stereo Optical公司所研制的Optec6500視功能測試儀,對患兒以及正常兒童分別進行五種不同空間頻率[1.5、3、6、12和18周/度(cycles/degree c/d)]對比敏感度的測量。 結(jié)果經(jīng)治療后視力恢復(fù)弱視兒童的對比敏感度較治療前全頻率均有所提高,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,但仍較正常對照組差,峰值左移,尤以高頻率下降明顯。 結(jié)論視力矯治正常后的弱視患兒對比敏感度值仍存在異常,但較治療前有明顯提高,弱視患兒在治療過程中,不能單純選用視力檢查,需要引入其他視功能評價方法,對視力恢復(fù)正常但其他視功能異常的患兒還需進一步治療。
[Abstract]:Abstract. Objective to investigate the changes of contrast sensitivity in children with amblyopia with normal visual acuity before and after treatment. Methods the contrast sensitivity of 40 amblyopia children with visual acuity of 5.0 or above and 40 age-matched normal children before and after treatment were measured. Optec6500 visual function tester, The contrast-sensitivity of children and normal children were measured at five different spatial frequencies (1.5 ~ 3X / h ~ (12) and 18 weeks / d) respectively. Results the contrast sensitivity of children with amblyopia recovered after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant, but it was still worse than that of the normal control group, and the peak value shifted to the left, especially the high frequency decreased obviously. Conclusion the contrast sensitivity of amblyopia children with normal visual acuity is still abnormal, but it is obviously higher than that before treatment. In the treatment of amblyopia, the visual acuity should not be simply checked, and other evaluation methods of visual function should be introduced. Further treatment is needed for children with normal visual acuity but other abnormal visual function.
