【摘要】：目的探討聚維酮碘稀釋液結(jié)膜囊沖洗聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星滴眼預(yù)防白內(nèi)障術(shù)后感染療效,并觀察和分析其預(yù)后,為臨床預(yù)防和降低白內(nèi)障術(shù)后感染提供依據(jù)。方法選擇2012年7月-2015年3月接受白內(nèi)障手術(shù)患者364例、509只眼,按照單雙號隨機分為對照組和觀察組,對照組患者180例、244只眼,術(shù)前應(yīng)用左氧氟沙星滴眼進行預(yù)防;觀察組患者184例、265只眼,應(yīng)用聚維酮碘稀釋液結(jié)膜囊沖洗聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星滴眼進行預(yù)防,評估兩組患者沖洗前、后及術(shù)后第2天細菌培養(yǎng)結(jié)果及術(shù)后不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果觀察組患者沖洗后及術(shù)后第2天細菌陽性率均為0.75%,均低于對照組5.33%和6.15%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組患者術(shù)后總不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為0.75%,低于對照組3.28%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論聚維酮碘稀釋液結(jié)膜囊沖洗聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星滴眼預(yù)防白內(nèi)障術(shù)后感染具有較好的臨床療效,能夠減少細菌培養(yǎng)陽性率,降低患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of infection with povidone iodine diluent conjunctival sac washing combined with levofloxacin eye drops for preventing after cataract surgery, and to observe and analyze the prognosis, provide the basis for clinical prevention and reduce the infection after cataract surgery. Methods from July 2012 -2015 year in March 364 cases underwent cataract surgery, 509 eyes were divided into, according to the control group and the observation group, 180 cases of control group were 244 Cases, preoperative application of levofloxacin for prevention; observation of 184 cases of patients, 265 eyes, povidone iodine diluent conjunctival sac irrigation combined with levofloxacin eye drops to prevent flushing, evaluation of two groups of patients before and after surgery. After second days of bacterial culture results and adverse reaction after operation. The patients in the observation group after washing and after second days the positive rate of bacteria was 0.75%, 5.33% and 6.15% were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); observation group Patients with postoperative adverse reaction rate was 0.75%, 3.28% lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the infection has better clinical efficacy of povidone iodine diluent conjunctival sac washing combined with levofloxacin eye drops for preventing after cataract surgery can reduce the bacterial culture positive rate, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.
