【摘要】：目的研究單側(cè)突聾患者對側(cè)耳高刺激率ABR的特點(diǎn)及臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法對40例(40耳)17~45歲單側(cè)突聾患者(病例組)的健耳及同齡聽力正常人20例(40耳,對照組)雙耳分別進(jìn)行純音測聽和高(55.1次/秒)、低(11.1次/秒)刺激率聽性腦干反應(yīng)(ABR)檢測,以兩種刺激率下ABR I-V波間期(interpeak latency,IPL)差值(△IPL)0.28為異常,比較兩組檢測結(jié)果及I-V△IPL異常率。結(jié)果①病例組健耳和對照組各頻率純音聽閾無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;②病例組健耳高刺激率ABR波I潛伏期比對照組明顯延長(P0.001),其余各波潛伏期、波間期及波Ⅴ反應(yīng)閾均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;③病例組健耳Ⅰ-Ⅴ波間期差值異常率為62.5%(25/40),對照組為5%(2/40),病例組高于對照組(χ2=29.574,P0.001)。結(jié)論單側(cè)突聾患者健耳高刺激率ABR波I潛伏期明顯延長,高、低刺激率ABRⅠ-Ⅴ波間期差異常率明顯增加,提示單側(cè)突聾患者對側(cè)耳可能同時(shí)存在內(nèi)耳血供異常。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the characteristics and clinical application value of high stimulation rate ABR in unilateral deafness. Methods 40 patients with unilateral sudden deafness aged 1745 years old (case group) were enrolled in this study. 40 ears of healthy ears and 20 cases of normal hearing of the same age were studied. In the control group, the pure tone audiometry and the auditory brainstem response (ABR) were measured at 55.1 times / sec and 11.1 times / s respectively. The difference of ABR I-V interpeak IPL (IPL)0.28) was found to be abnormal under two stimuli. Results 1 there was no significant difference in pure tone hearing threshold between healthy ear group and control group.
