【摘要】： 目的:探討質(zhì)子泵抑制劑診斷性治療喉咽反流的效果與反流癥狀指數(shù)評(píng)分變化的關(guān)系,研究利用反流癥狀指數(shù)評(píng)分表和反流檢查計(jì)分表診斷喉咽反流的可行性及PPI診斷性治療的效果。 方法:比較25例初步診斷為喉咽反流的患者給予質(zhì)子泵抑制劑診斷性治療前后癥狀及體征改變情況,討質(zhì)子泵抑制劑診斷性治療喉咽反流的效果與反流癥狀指數(shù)評(píng)分變化的關(guān)系。 結(jié)果:治愈3例,好轉(zhuǎn)16例,無效6例 結(jié)論:詳細(xì)的詢問病史、仔細(xì)的體格檢查以及適當(dāng)?shù)脑\斷性治療有助于確診及治療喉咽反流,反流癥狀指數(shù)評(píng)分表及反流檢查計(jì)分表有助于喉咽反流的診斷,PPI治療喉咽反流效果較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between the efficacy of proton pump inhibitor in the diagnosis of laryngopharyngeal reflux and the change of reflux symptom index. To study the feasibility of using reflux symptom index scale and reflux scoremeter to diagnose laryngopharyngeal reflux and the effect of PPI in the diagnosis of laryngopharyngeal reflux. Methods: the changes of symptoms and signs of 25 patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux were compared before and after proton pump inhibitor treatment. To discuss the relationship between the effect of proton pump inhibitor and the change of symptom index in the treatment of larynx reflux. Results: 3 cases were cured, 16 cases were improved and 6 cases were ineffective. Conclusion: detailed inquiry of medical history, careful physical examination and appropriate diagnostic treatment are helpful for diagnosis and treatment of larynx reflux, and reflux symptom index score table and reflux score scale are helpful for the diagnosis of larynx reflux. PPI is effective in the treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux.
