【摘要】：目的：研究曲安奈德(triamcinolone acetonide,TA)球周注射后球周組織的病理形態(tài)學的改變。方法：純種新西蘭大白兔24只,隨機分成2組即組A和組B，每組12只。A組為對照組，雙眼球周注射生理鹽水（Phosphate Buffered Saline，PBS）0.5ml；B組為實驗組，雙眼球周注射TA（40mg/ml）0.5ml,每只動物于注藥前,注藥后第1周，第2周，第3周雙眼行眼壓測量記錄,進行統計學分析，每組于第4周,第8周,第12周分別處死4只兔子，取眼球運動肌，哈氏腺，眶內脂肪組織，視神經行光學和電子顯微鏡檢查。結果：各組兔眼注藥前，注藥后第1周，，第2周，第3周的眼壓波動,差異無統計學意義(P0.01);光學和電子顯微鏡檢查顯示B組（實驗組）運動肌，哈氏腺均有不同程度的組織結構損害，脂肪組織，視神經未見明顯病理變化。A組球周組織未見明顯異常。結論：新西蘭大白兔球周注射TA注射液可誘導眼球運動肌萎縮并可誘發(fā)哈氏腺增生性改變。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study triamcinolone acetonide. Methods: Twenty-four purebred New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n = 12) and group B (n = 12). Intraocular injection of Phosphate Buffered Salinesil 0.5 ml; Group B was treated with intraocular injection of TA40 mg / ml 0.5 ml. The intraocular pressure was measured before injection, 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks after injection. In each group, 4 rabbits were killed at week 4, week 8 and week 12, respectively. Results: the intraocular pressure fluctuated in the first week, the second week and the third week before and after the injection of the drug in the eyes of the rabbits, and there was no significant difference in the intraocular pressure between the two groups (P 0.01). Optical and electron microscopic examination showed that in group B (experimental group), there were different degrees of tissue structure damage and adipose tissue. There were no obvious pathological changes in optic nerve. There was no obvious abnormality in peribulbar tissue in group A. conclusion: TA injection in New Zealand rabbits can induce atrophy of ocular motor muscle and induce hyperplastic change of Hardler gland.
