【摘要】：目的探討橫切口對白內(nèi)障伴高度角膜散光患者視功能及立體視覺的影響。方法收集單眼白內(nèi)障伴角膜散光大于2.0D患者40例,隨機(jī)分為兩組,A組20例(20眼),B組20例(20眼)。A組行11:00鐘位,3.0mm透明角膜切口超聲乳化白內(nèi)障摘出聯(lián)合后房型人工晶體植入術(shù);B組首先完成同A組的手術(shù)操作,然后以最陡峭子午線為中心,做成對橫切口。觀察患者術(shù)后3個月裸眼視力、角膜散光、遠(yuǎn)立體視銳度。結(jié)果兩組術(shù)后裸眼視力比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);角膜散光矢量A組J0及P術(shù)前與術(shù)后比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),B組J0及P術(shù)后與術(shù)前比較差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.01),A組與B組術(shù)后3個月J0及P值比較差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);A組術(shù)后遠(yuǎn)立體視銳度在100″以上,B組在70″以下,B組術(shù)后遠(yuǎn)立體視銳度優(yōu)于A組(P0.01)。結(jié)論橫切口可以提高白內(nèi)障伴高度角膜散光患者的視功能及立體視覺。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of transverse incision on visual function and stereopsis in patients with cataract with high corneal astigmatism. Methods 40 patients with single eye cataract with corneal astigmatism greater than 2.0 D were randomly divided into two groups. Group A (n = 20) received phacoemulsification with a transparent corneal incision of 3.0mm at 11:00 and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in group B (n = 20). Group B first completed the operation with the same group A, then with the steepest meridian as the center, made a transverse incision. The patients' naked vision and corneal astigmatism were observed 3 months after operation. Results there was significant difference in uncorrected visual acuity between the two groups (P 0.01). Corneal astigmatism vector A group J0 and P before and after the difference was not statistically significant. Group B J0 and P group J0 and P compared with the preoperative significant difference (all P 0.01). There was significant difference in J0 and P between group A and group B 3 months after operation (P 0.01). The acuity of distant stereopsis in group A was more than 100 "and that in group B was less than 70". Conclusion Transverse incision can improve the visual function and stereoscopic vision of cataract patients with high corneal astigmatism.
