【摘要】：目的探討對皰疹性咽峽炎患兒進行CD3+、CD4+、CD8+淋巴細胞和IgG、IgA、IgM及補體C3、C4檢測的臨床意義。方法采用流式細胞儀技術(shù)檢測30例皰疹性咽峽炎患兒外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+淋巴細胞含量,采用免疫比濁法檢測IgG、IgA、IgM及補體C3、C4的含量,及30例正常健康兒童外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+淋巴細胞,IgG、IgA.IgM及補體C3、C4的含量變化。結(jié)果皰疹性咽峽炎患兒組與健康兒童組比較,CD3+、CD8+明顯增高,統(tǒng)計學顯示差異有顯著性統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),CD4+及CD4+/CD8+比值均明顯降低,統(tǒng)計學顯示差異有顯著性統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01),IgG、IgA、IgM含量均明顯降低,統(tǒng)計學顯示差異有顯著性統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.001),補體C3、C4的含量無明顯變化,無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論皰疹性咽峽炎患兒存在細胞免疫和體液免疫功能失調(diào)。分析血清免疫球蛋白的降低可能與輔助誘導性T細胞亞群(CD4+)的減少和T抑制細胞(CD8+)數(shù)量增多有關(guān)。皰疹性咽峽炎患兒血清補體C3、C4含量無明顯變化(P0.05),無統(tǒng)計學差異,提示血清補體在疾病發(fā)病過程中未起主導作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the CD3 CD4 + CD8 lymphocytes, IgGG + IgA + IgM and complement C3 in children with herpes isthmus. Methods flow cytometry was used to detect the CD _ 4 and CD _ 8 lymphocytes in peripheral blood of 30 children with herpes spondylitis. The levels of IgG CD3 IgM and complement C 3 C 4 in peripheral blood of 30 healthy children were detected by immunoturbidimetric method, and the levels of CD 4 and CD 8 lymphocytes in peripheral blood of 30 healthy children were measured. Results the levels of CD3 and CD8 in children with herpes isthmus were significantly higher than those in healthy children. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05) and the ratio of CD4 / CD 8 was significantly decreased (P 0.01). The level of IgA- IgM in IgGG was significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.001), and the content of complement C _ 3 C _ 4 had no significant change. Conclusion there are cellular and humoral immune disorders in children with herpetic pharyngitis. The decrease of serum immunoglobulin may be associated with the auxiliary inducible T cell subsets (P < 0.05). The decrease of CD4 was related to the increase in the number of T suppressor cells and CD8). The serum complement C3 was found in children with herpes isthmus. There was no significant change in C4 content (P 0.05), indicating that serum complement did not play a leading role in the pathogenesis of the disease.
