【摘要】：青光眼為嚴(yán)重的不可逆性致盲眼病。根據(jù)目前流行病學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)估計(jì)我國(guó)青光眼患者至少1500萬(wàn)。但90%的患者未曾到醫(yī)院就診。從全民健康的角度出發(fā),青光眼防治的重點(diǎn)是在未就診的人群中進(jìn)行早期篩查和及時(shí)干預(yù)。已確診患者隨訪(fǎng)依從性的提高和實(shí)現(xiàn),也依賴(lài)于社區(qū)眼科診所的建立和青光眼隨訪(fǎng)工作的"去專(zhuān)家化"。青光眼防治從醫(yī)院走向社區(qū)也是未來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)全民眼保健的必然要求。
[Abstract]:Glaucoma is irreversible blindness serious. According to the current epidemiological data to estimate our glaucoma patients at least 15 million. But 90% of the patients not to the hospital. Starting from the public health perspective, the focus of prevention and treatment of glaucoma is early screening and timely intervention in the outpatient population. Confirmed patient follow-up compliance improve the establishment and implementation, also depends on community ophthalmology clinics and glaucoma follow-up work "to the expert". Prevention and treatment of glaucoma is the future trend of community necessary for implementing the national eye care from the hospital.
