【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男性,63歲。主因"意識障礙2天"入院。入院前兩天因酒后醉臥于室外,次日中午被家人發(fā)現(xiàn)神志不清,伴有全身冰冷,急就診于當(dāng)?shù)劓?zhèn)衛(wèi)生院,就診時血壓、脈搏及體溫均測不出,遂轉(zhuǎn)至當(dāng)?shù)乜h醫(yī)院,就診時血壓、脈搏及體溫仍測不出,予以升壓、保溫等搶救措施后,當(dāng)日夜間意識漸恢復(fù),但出現(xiàn)失語及雙下肢無力,第3天轉(zhuǎn)入我院,入院時查體體溫36.5℃,脈搏73次/min,呼吸22
