依那普利葉酸片對H型高血壓大鼠外周血炎癥因子及頸動脈結(jié)構(gòu)的影響
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of enalapril folic acid on peripheral blood inflammatory factor level and carotid artery structure in H-type hypertensive rats. Methods male spontaneously hypertensive rats were randomly divided into 4 groups according to body weight: control group, model group, enalapril group and enalopril group with 15 rats in each group. Except the control group, the H-type hypertensive rat model was established by feeding with 3% methionine. After the establishment of the model, the Enalapril Maleate folic acid solution was given intragastrically in the enalapril group, 10ml kg~ (- 1) enalapril Maleate solution was given intragastrically in the enalapril group, and 10ml kg~ (- 1) double steamed water was given intragastrically once a day for 8 weeks in the model group and the control group, respectively. Serum tumor necrosis factor 偽 (TNF- 偽), high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and soluble OX40 ligand (OX40L) were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Nitric oxide (NO) (no (NO) was measured by end point colorimetric assay. Carotid artery thickness (IMT), carotid artery diameter (LD) and carotid media cross section area (IMCSA). Were observed under microscope. Results compared with enalapril group, serum Hcy and NO levels were (64.22 鹵6.82), (41.45 鹵5.25) 渭 mol 路L ~ (- 1), and serum Hcy and NO levels were (19.75 鹵2.14), (57.68 鹵6.43) 渭 mol 路L ~ (- 1), respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Compared with enalapril group, TNF- 偽, hs-CRP and OX40L were (72.72 鹵6.89), (1.15 鹵0.12) pg 路mL ~ (- 1) and (5.24 鹵0.47) ng 路mL ~ (- 1), respectively, and TNF- 偽, hs-CRP and OX40L were (58.18 鹵5.76), (0.86 鹵0.11) pg 路mL ~ (- 1) and (3.03 鹵0.39) ng 路mL ~ (- 1), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Compared with the carotid artery IMT (61.14 鹵7.73) 渭 m and (0.12 鹵0.002) mm2 in the enalapril group, the IMT and mm2 levels in the carotid artery of the enalapril group were (52.74 鹵6.29) 渭 m and (0.10 鹵0.001) 渭 m, respectively (P 0.05). Compared with the level of LD in carotid artery of enalapril group (951.38 鹵6.08) 渭 m, the level of LD in carotid artery of enalapril group was (969.79 鹵6.17) 渭 m, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Enalapril folic acid can significantly decrease the levels of Hcy, TNF- 偽, hs-CRP and OX40L in peripheral blood of H type hypertensive rats, increase the level of NO, reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the structure of carotid artery.
