【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者女性,30歲。主因"間斷性心悸1年,暈厥1次"�；颊哂�1年前因情緒異�；蚧顒�(dòng)后出現(xiàn)間斷心悸,伴胸悶、胸痛,未行任何診治。3天前感心悸、胸悶,之后突發(fā)暈厥,伴抽搐,約數(shù)十秒自行恢復(fù),門診以暈厥待查收住入院。既往無高血壓病、心臟病、糖尿病、腦血管疾病、精神疾病及其他疾病病史。入院后查體:體溫36.2℃,脈搏64次/min,呼吸20次/min,血壓121/78 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)。
