ExoSeal血管封堵器在股總動脈順行入路腔內(nèi)治療中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的探討ExoSeal血管封堵器在股總動脈順行入路行下肢動脈腔內(nèi)再通術(shù)治療中的安全性及臨床應(yīng)用價值。方法回顧性分析303例(316條患肢)接受順行下肢動脈再通治療患者的臨床及影像資料,其中127例患者接受ExoSeal血管封堵器對股動脈穿刺點止血(血管封堵器組),176例患者接受傳統(tǒng)壓迫止血(手工壓迫組)。記錄并比較2組止血時間、實際制動時間、技術(shù)成功率及血管相關(guān)并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果血管封堵器組與手工壓迫組的止血時間分別為(3.68±2.40)min和(18.32±4.54)min,實際制動時間分別為(3.45±5.30)h和(10.44±14.68)h,技術(shù)成功率分別為98.52%(133/135)和93.92%(170/181),并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率分別為2.22%(3/135)和8.84%(16/181),2組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。血管封堵器組發(fā)生皮下血腫2例,腹膜后血腫1例;手工壓迫組發(fā)生皮下血腫15例,穿刺側(cè)肢體急性血栓形成1例。結(jié)論采用ExoSeal血管封堵器在股動脈順行腔內(nèi)治療中對股動脈穿刺點止血是一種安全、有效的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the safety and clinical value of ExoSeal vascular occlusive device in the treatment of lower extremity arterial recanalization via anterograde approach of common thigh artery. Methods the clinical and imaging data of 303 patients (316 limbs) treated with antegrade lower extremity artery recanalization were analyzed retrospectively. among them, ExoSeal vascular occlusive device was used to stop bleeding at the puncture point of femoral artery (vascular occlusive device group). 176 patients underwent traditional compression hemostasis (manual compression group). The hemostatic time, actual braking time, technical success rate and vascular related complications were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results the hemostatic time of vascular occlusive device group and manual compression group was (3.68 鹵2.40) min and (18.32 鹵4.54) min, respectively, and the actual braking time was (3.45 鹵5.30) h and (10.44 鹵14.68) h, respectively.
