氧化應(yīng)激和自噬在動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化中的作用研究新進(jìn)展

【摘要】:動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化是一種累及全身大、中動(dòng)脈的多因素、多步驟失調(diào)性病變,是各種心腦血管疾病的病理基礎(chǔ)。動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的發(fā)病機(jī)制目前仍不完全清楚。近年來國(guó)內(nèi)外越來越多的證據(jù)表明,氧化應(yīng)激和自噬是動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化形成和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。氧化應(yīng)激通過直接氧化損傷和間接信號(hào)介導(dǎo)損傷促進(jìn)了動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的發(fā)生發(fā)展;自噬具有抗動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化和促動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的雙重作用;二者又有錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的交聯(lián)關(guān)系。本文分別從氧化應(yīng)激在動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化中的作用、自噬在動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化中的作用、氧化應(yīng)激和自噬在動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化中的交聯(lián)作用三方面展開論述,為疾病的認(rèn)識(shí)和治療提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Atherosclerosis is a kind of multifactor and multistep maladjustment disease involving the whole body and middle artery, which is the pathological basis of various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The pathogenesis of atherosclerosis is still unclear. In recent years, there is more and more evidence at home and abroad that oxidative stress and autophagy are the key factors in the formation and development of atherosclerosis. Oxidative stress promotes the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis through direct oxidative injury and indirect signaling injury. Autophagy has the dual effects of anti-atherosclerosis and promoting atherosclerosis. This paper discusses the role of oxidative stress in atherosclerosis, the role of autophagy in atherosclerosis, and the cross-linking of oxidative stress and autophagy in atherosclerosis. To provide new ideas for the understanding and treatment of diseases.
