【摘要】：目的探討鋼鐵廠(chǎng)工人噪聲暴露與高血壓發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的關(guān)系。方法使用計(jì)算機(jī)聯(lián)機(jī)檢索國(guó)內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),通過(guò)關(guān)鍵詞收集相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),提取數(shù)據(jù)后使用Stata 12.0軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果共檢索到3 392篇相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),經(jīng)篩選后納入12篇文獻(xiàn),涉及我國(guó)6個(gè)地區(qū)。使用隨機(jī)效應(yīng)模型對(duì)各組效應(yīng)量進(jìn)行合并,鋼鐵廠(chǎng)暴露噪聲組高血壓的發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是未暴露組的2.09倍(OR=2.09,95%CI:1.68~2.60)。其中當(dāng)噪聲暴露量為85 d B(A)時(shí)合并OR為1.24(95%CI:0.60~2.54),85~d B(A)時(shí)合并OR為1.74(95%CI:1.27~2.37),95~d B(A)時(shí)合并OR為3.38(95%CI:2.61~4.37),≥105 d B(A)時(shí)合并OR為5.51(95%CI:3.84~7.90)。劑量-反應(yīng)關(guān)系結(jié)果表明當(dāng)鋼鐵廠(chǎng)噪聲增加時(shí),高血壓發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隨之增加。經(jīng)敏感性分析及發(fā)表偏倚檢驗(yàn),Meta分析結(jié)果穩(wěn)定。結(jié)論鋼鐵廠(chǎng)噪聲可能使我國(guó)職業(yè)工人血壓升高,且患高血壓的危險(xiǎn)性隨噪聲暴露等級(jí)增高而逐漸增加。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between noise exposure and hypertension risk in iron and steel factory workers. Methods the databases at home and abroad were searched online by computer, and the relevant literatures were collected by key words. The data were extracted and analyzed by Meta 12.0 software. Results A total of 3 392 related literatures were retrieved and 12 articles were selected, involving 6 regions in China. The risk of hypertension in the exposed noise group was 2.09 times higher than that in the unexposed group (OR=2.09,95%CI:1.68~2.60). When the noise exposure is 85 d B (A), the combined OR is 1.24 (95%CI:0.60~2.54), and the combined OR is 1.74 (95%CI:1.27~2.37) when the noise exposure is 85 d B (A).
