【摘要】：目的探討老年高血壓患者血清鈣結(jié)合蛋白復(fù)合物S100A8/A9的表達(dá)水平及其影響因素,分析其與頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化之間的關(guān)系。方法選取90例老年高血壓患者為高血壓組,同時(shí)期50名健康體檢者為對(duì)照組,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)檢測(cè)血清S100A8/A9水平,同時(shí)所有受試者清晨空腹檢測(cè)白細(xì)胞(WBC)計(jì)數(shù)、高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)、血糖(FBG)、尿酸(UA)、總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、糖化血紅蛋白(Hb A1c),應(yīng)用彩色多普勒超聲檢查儀測(cè)定頸動(dòng)脈內(nèi)膜中層厚度(IMT),分析不同分組中S100A8/A9水平與其他臨床指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性,采用Logistic回歸分析S100A8/A9水平和IMT的影響因素。結(jié)果高血壓組hs-CRP、UA、IMT、S100A8/A9顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05或0.01);相關(guān)分析表明,S100A8/A9表達(dá)水平分別與WBC(r=0.236,P=0.047)、hs-CRP(r=0.325,P=0.001)、UA(r=0.182,P=0.035)、IMT(r=0.984,P=0.000)呈正相關(guān)。隨著血壓水平的增高,IMT逐步增加,S100A8/A9水平明顯升高(P0.05或0.01)。IMT增厚組血清S100A8/A9水平較正常組明顯增高(P0.05),IMT斑塊組血清S100A8/A9水平明顯高于IMT正常組和IMT增厚組(P0.05);Logistic回歸分析顯示hs-CRP、UA、IMT是血清S100A8/A9水平的影響因素。IMT的影響因素有年齡、hs-CRP、TC、UA、S100A8/A9。結(jié)論血清鈣結(jié)合蛋白復(fù)合物S100A8/A9水平與高血壓患者頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of serum calcium binding protein complex (S100A8/A9) and its influencing factors in elderly patients with hypertension, and to analyze its relationship with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods 90 elderly patients with hypertension were selected as hypertension group and 50 healthy persons as control group. Serum S100A8/A9 levels were detected by Elisa (ELISA). At the same time, the white blood cell (WBC) count, Gao Min C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), blood glucose, (FBG), uric acid, (UA), total cholesterol, (TC), triglyceride (TG), were measured on an empty stomach in all subjects in the morning. High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), glycosylated hemoglobin (Hb A1c) and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT),) were measured by color Doppler ultrasound. The correlation between S100A8/A9 level and other clinical indexes in different groups was analyzed. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the S100A8/A9 level and the influencing factors of IMT. Results hs-CRP,UA,IMT,S100A8/A9 in hypertension group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05 or 0.01). Correlation analysis showed that the expression level of S100A8/A9 was positively correlated with WBC (0.236 P0. 047) and hs-CRP (0. 325), UA (, 0. 182), UA (, 0. 984), IMT (P0. 000). With the increase of blood pressure, the level of IMT and S100A8/A9 increased gradually (P0.05 or 0.01). IMT thickening group) compared with the normal group (P0.05), the serum S100A8/A9 level in the thickened group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (P0.05). The level of serum S100A8/A9 in IMT plaque group was significantly higher than that in normal IMT group and IMT thickening group (P0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that hs-CRP,UA,IMT was the influential factor of serum S100A8/A9 level. The influencing factors of IMT were age, hs-CRP,TC,UA,S100A8/A9.. Conclusion the level of serum calcium binding protein complex (S100A8/A9) is closely related to carotid atherosclerosis in patients with hypertension.
