【摘要】：目的:本文研究控制良好的杓型與非杓型高血壓患者自主神經(jīng)功能紊亂的變化規(guī)律。方法:本文擬對(duì)126名高血壓患者進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)心電圖及動(dòng)態(tài)血壓24小時(shí)連續(xù)同步監(jiān)測(cè),根據(jù)血壓波動(dòng)分為杓型與非杓型高血壓兩組,并對(duì)兩組患者自主神經(jīng)功能紊亂程度進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果:非杓型組心率變異指標(biāo)均低于杓型組(P0.05),非杓型組LF/HF比值低于杓型組(P0.05),結(jié)果具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:血壓控制良好的非杓型高血壓患者自主神經(jīng)功能紊亂程度較杓型組更為嚴(yán)重。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the changes of autonomic nervous dysfunction in patients with well-controlled dipper and non dipper hypertension. Methods: dynamic electrocardiogram (ECG) and ambulatory blood pressure (ABBP) were monitored continuously and synchronously in 126 patients with hypertension. According to the fluctuation of blood pressure, they were divided into dipper and non-dipper hypertension groups, and the degree of autonomic nervous dysfunction was compared between the two groups. Results: heart rate variability in non-dipper group was lower than that in dipper group (P0.05), LF/HF ratio in non-dipper group was lower than that in dipper group (P0.05), the results were statistically significant. Conclusion: the degree of autonomic nervous dysfunction in non-dipper hypertension patients with good blood pressure control is more serious than that in dipper patients.
