【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)性地對(duì)養(yǎng)血清癜湯結(jié)合西醫(yī)方法治療原發(fā)性免疫性血小板減少癥產(chǎn)生的藥效學(xué)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。方法:在計(jì)算機(jī)上,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)檢索的方式和文獻(xiàn)追溯的方式,查找與本文論題相關(guān)的醫(yī)學(xué)參考文獻(xiàn),檢索的年限設(shè)定在1985~2016年之間,檢索的范圍包括PubMed、EMbase、Wanfang data電子數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等等。檢索詞:ITP、原發(fā)性免疫性血小板減少癥、養(yǎng)血清癜湯。此外,利用百度、搜狗、360等搜索引擎在Web上查找與內(nèi)容相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn),并查找已被納入本論文的參考文獻(xiàn),以補(bǔ)充可能遺漏的研究文獻(xiàn)。在RevMan 5.2軟件中按照Meta分析流程,選擇方法計(jì)算合并的RR值及95%可信區(qū)間,并進(jìn)行敏感性分析和發(fā)表偏倚的估計(jì)。結(jié)果:本文共納入7個(gè)研究,合計(jì)474例ITP患者,Meta分析結(jié)果顯示:養(yǎng)血清癲湯治療組的總有效率較單純西醫(yī)治療的對(duì)照組優(yōu)勢(shì)更明顯[RR=1.23,95%CI可信區(qū)間為(1.17,1.29),P0.01],漏斗圖圖形顯示發(fā)表性偏倚較小。同時(shí),對(duì)ITP患者外周血小板計(jì)數(shù)以及產(chǎn)生血小板型巨核細(xì)胞的數(shù)值也有較好的提升作用,而且,遠(yuǎn)期療效十分明顯,不良反應(yīng)也相對(duì)較少。結(jié)論:通過與對(duì)照劑做比較,養(yǎng)血清癜湯結(jié)合西醫(yī)治療ITP患者具有較高的有效率和良好的耐受性,且不良反應(yīng)輕微�？梢宰鳛榕R床治療ITP患者的一個(gè)選擇。
[Abstract]:Objective: to systematically evaluate the pharmacodynamics of Yangxue Schonlein purpura decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of idiopathic immune thrombocytopenia. Methods: by using the method of literature retrieval and the way of literature tracing, the medical references related to the topic of this paper were searched on the computer. The period of retrieval was set between 1985 and 2016, and the range of retrieval included PubMed,EMbase,. Wanfang data electronic database and so on. Keywords: ITP, primary immune thrombocytopenia, nourishing serum purpura decoction. In addition, Baidu, Sogou, 360 and other search engines are used to search the content related documents on Web, and search the references that have been included in this paper to supplement the research literature that may be missing. According to the flow chart of Meta analysis in RevMan 5.2 software, the combined RR value and 95% confidence interval were calculated by selecting the method, and the sensitivity analysis and publication bias estimation were carried out. Results: the results of Meta analysis showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group treated with western medicine alone [RR=1.23,95%CI confidence interval was (1.17 鹵1.29)]. P 0.01), the funnel graph showed less published bias. At the same time, the peripheral platelet count and the number of platelet-type megakaryocytes produced in patients with ITP were also improved, and the long-term effect was very obvious, and the adverse reactions were relatively small. Conclusion: compared with the control group, Yangxue-Schonlein purpura decoction combined with western medicine has a high effective rate and good tolerance, and the adverse reaction is slight. It can be used as an option for clinical treatment of ITP patients.
