內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)部分城市居民高血壓患病現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)因素分析

【摘要】：目的了解內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)部分城市居民高血壓的患病現(xiàn)狀及其相關(guān)影響因素,為制定高血壓綜合防治措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法利用呼和浩特市新城區(qū)和包頭市石拐區(qū)"中國(guó)居民營(yíng)養(yǎng)與健康狀況監(jiān)測(cè)項(xiàng)目"的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、體格測(cè)量、實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,采用檢驗(yàn)與多因素Logistic回歸分析高血壓的患病率和相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果共調(diào)查1854人,平均年齡為50.71±15.41歲,高血壓患病率為26.97%,超重或肥胖率為46.87%,糖尿病患病率為10.47%。多因素回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,年齡(OR=2.03)、超重或肥胖(OR=2.10)、血糖(OR=2.50)、血脂(OR=2.66)、高血壓家族史(OR=2.10)和腦卒中家族史(OR=2.90)為高血壓患病危險(xiǎn)因素,家庭年收入(OR=0.86)為保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)部分城市居民高血壓患病率基本接近2012年全國(guó)平均水平,積極開(kāi)展高血壓健康教育,針對(duì)可干預(yù)的超重或肥胖、血糖血脂異常等因素采取綜合防治措施,可能降低高血壓患病率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of hypertension and its related factors in some urban residents in Inner Mongolia, and to provide scientific basis for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of hypertension. Methods the questionnaire survey, physical measurement and laboratory test were conducted in Xincheng District of Hohhot City and Baotou City, as well as the data of "Chinese residents' Nutrition and Health status Monitoring Project". The prevalence and related factors of hypertension were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results the average age was 50.71 鹵15.41 years old, the prevalence of hypertension was 26.97, the rate of overweight or obesity was 46.87, the prevalence of diabetes was 10.47. Multivariate regression analysis showed that age (OR=2.03), overweight or obesity (OR=2.10), blood glucose (OR=2.50), blood lipid (OR=2.66), Family history of hypertension (OR=2.10) and stroke family history (OR=2.90) were risk factors of hypertension. Annual family income (OR=0.86) was the protective factor. Conclusion the prevalence rate of hypertension in some urban residents in Inner Mongolia is close to the national average in 2012. Health education on hypertension should be carried out actively and comprehensive measures should be taken to prevent and cure the possible factors such as overweight or obesity and abnormal blood glucose and lipids. May reduce the prevalence of hypertension.
