【摘要】：研究了心率變異性(heart rate variability,HRV)是否可以由脈率變異性(pulse rate variability,PRV)替代,以及HRV與PRV之間的定量關(guān)系.同步采集了健康青少年、老年人與心血管病人組各25人的脈搏和心電數(shù)據(jù),并通過定量對(duì)比分析了HRV與PRV在時(shí)域、頻域和非線性三個(gè)方面的特征參數(shù).結(jié)果表明,HRV與PRV二者不是完全一致的,其中健康青少年組的全部參數(shù)(SDNN,RMSSD,PNN50,HF,LF,SD_1,SD_2,α_1,α_2,SE,CD和AE;Ratio0.2)均具有一致性,故二者在一定程度上可以互相替代分析;而老年人組和心血管病人組只有部分參數(shù)(老年:SDNN,SD_1,SD_2,α_1,α_2,CD,SE和AE;病人:SDNN,SD_2,α_1,α_2,CD和AE;Ratio0.2)具有一致性,其余參數(shù)(老年:PNN50,RMSSD,LF和HF;病人:PNN50,RMSSD,LF,HF,SD_1和SE;Ratio≥0.2)都不具有充分的一致性,故二者不可以互相替代分析.
[Abstract]:Whether heart rate variability (heart rate variability,HRV) can be replaced by pulse rate variability (pulse rate variability,PRV) and the quantitative relationship between HRV and PRV were studied. Pulse and ECG data of 25 healthy adolescents, 25 elderly and 25 cardiovascular patients were collected simultaneously, and the characteristic parameters of HRV and PRV in time domain, frequency domain and nonlinearity were compared and analyzed quantitatively. The results show that HRV and PRV are not exactly the same, and all parameters (SDNN,RMSSD,PNN50,HF,LF,SD_1,SD_2, 偽 _ 1, 偽 _ 2, SECD and AE;) of healthy adolescents are not identical. Ratio0.2 is consistent, so they can be substituted for each other to some extent, while the elderly and cardiovascular patients only have some parameters (elderly: SDNN,SD_1,SD_2, 偽 _ 1, 偽 _ 2 + CDSE and AE;).
