【摘要】：目的探討射頻消融術(shù)聯(lián)合氟哌噻噸美利曲辛對(duì)快速心律失�；颊叩闹委熜Ч７椒ㄟx取快速心律失�；颊�98例,隨機(jī)分為射頻組和聯(lián)合組各49例。兩組進(jìn)行射頻消融術(shù)治療,聯(lián)合組在此基礎(chǔ)上口服氟哌噻噸美利曲辛片,療程均為2周。分別于術(shù)前及術(shù)后2天、2周時(shí)進(jìn)行漢密爾頓焦慮量表(HAMA)和漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)評(píng)分,檢測(cè)左室舒張末期內(nèi)徑(LVEDD)、左室射血分?jǐn)?shù)(LVEF)、每搏量(SV)、心臟指數(shù)(CI)、舒張?jiān)缙谧畲笱毫魉倥c舒張晚期最大血液流速比值(E/A);分別于術(shù)前及術(shù)后2周時(shí)采用SCL-90量表評(píng)價(jià)生活質(zhì)量;術(shù)后2周時(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)臨床療效及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果術(shù)后2天及2周,兩組LVEDD均較術(shù)前降低,LVEF、SV、CI、E/A均較術(shù)前升高(P均0.01);術(shù)后2周,聯(lián)合組LVEDD低于射頻組,LVEF、SV、CI、E/A均高于射頻組(P均0.01)。術(shù)后2周時(shí)兩組SCL-90量表各項(xiàng)目評(píng)分均較術(shù)前降低(P均0.01),且聯(lián)合組均低于射頻組(P均0.01)。術(shù)后2周時(shí)聯(lián)合組HAMA和HAMD評(píng)分均較術(shù)前及術(shù)后2天降低,且均低于射頻組同期水平(P均0.01)。術(shù)后2周時(shí)射頻組總有效率低于聯(lián)合組(P0.05);射頻組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為4.08%,聯(lián)合組為8.16%,組間比較P0.05。結(jié)論射頻消融術(shù)聯(lián)合氟哌噻噸美利曲辛可明顯改善快速心律失�；颊呓箲]、抑郁狀態(tài),提高其心功能和生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with droperazothioate melitaxine in patients with tachyarrhythmia. Methods 98 patients with tachyarrhythmia were randomly divided into radio frequency group (n = 49) and combined group (n = 49). Radiofrequency ablation was performed in both groups, and the combined group was treated with fluoperazidone metriaxine tablets for 2 weeks. Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression scale (HAMD) were evaluated before and 2 days after operation. Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), (SV), cardiac index (SV), early diastolic maximum blood velocity (CI),) and late diastolic maximum blood velocity (E / A) were measured, and the quality of life (QOL) was evaluated by SCL-90 scale before and 2 weeks after operation. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were analyzed 2 weeks after operation. Results on the 2nd day and 2nd week after operation, the LVEDD of the two groups was lower than that of the preoperative group, and the LVEF,SV,CI,E/A of the combined group was higher than that of the preoperative group (P0.01), and the LVEDD of the combined group was lower than that of the radiofrequency group and the LVEF,SV,CI,E/A of the combined group was higher than that of the radiofrequency group 2 weeks after operation (all P 0.01). At 2 weeks after operation, the scores of SCL-90 in both groups were lower than those before operation (P0.01), and the scores in the combined group were lower than those in the radiofrequency group (P0.01). The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the combined group were lower than those before and 2 days after operation, and were lower than those in the radiofrequency group at 2 weeks after operation (P0.01). At 2 weeks after operation, the total effective rate of radiofrequency group was lower than that of the combined group (P0.05), the incidence of complications in the radiofrequency group was 4.08 and 8.16 in the combined group, and there was a comparison between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion radiofrequency ablation combined with droperazothioate metroxine can significantly improve anxiety and depression in patients with tachyarrhythmia and improve cardiac function and quality of life of patients with tachyarrhythmia.
