【摘要】：目的觀察步行干預(yù)對老年冠心病患者生活質(zhì)量(QOL)的影響。方法上海市寶山區(qū)51例穩(wěn)定性心絞痛老年冠心病患者實施為期半年的運動干預(yù)。采用簡明健康狀況量表(SF-36)對研究對象實驗前后的QOL進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果實驗前后各維度得分均呈現(xiàn)顯著差異(P0.05),其中得分呈現(xiàn)極顯著差異(P0.01)的維度有生理功能、情感職能、活力和精神健康。結(jié)論步行干預(yù)有利于老年冠心病患者QOL的改善,有助于患者的康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of walking intervention on quality of life (QOL) in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 51 elderly patients with stable angina pectoris and coronary heart disease were treated with exercise for half a year in Baoshan District, Shanghai. Brief Health status scale (SF-36) was used to investigate the QOL of the subjects before and after the experiment. Results there were significant differences in the scores of each dimension before and after the experiment (P0.05), in which the scores showed extremely significant differences (P0.01). The dimensions had physiological function, emotional function, vitality and mental health. Conclusion Walking intervention is beneficial to the improvement of QOL and rehabilitation of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.
