【摘要】：目的:探討急性冠脈綜合征(ACS)的患者血清中介素(IMD)水平變化及其與超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)之間的相關(guān)性。方法:選取ACS患者50例(ACS組),對(duì)照組30例。測(cè)定兩組血清IMD及SOD含量,采用Pearson相關(guān)分析方法分析血清IMD與SOD相關(guān)性,Logistic回歸方程分析IMD對(duì)ACS的影響,采用單因素方差分析分析IMD在各組間的水平。結(jié)果:ACS組中IMD水平高于對(duì)照組,在ACS組中,NSTEMI組、STEMI組中IMD水平較UA組升高(P0.05),而NSTEMI組的IMD水平與STEMI組比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),ACS組的SOD水平低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),血清IMD水平與SOD水平負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.79,P0.05),血清IMD、LDL對(duì)ACS均有影響。結(jié)論:ACS患者血清IMD水平升高,IMD可能通過(guò)抑制氧化應(yīng)激從而起到保護(hù)心肌的作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the changes of serum interleukin (IMD) level and its correlation with superoxide dismutase (SOD) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods: 50 cases of ACS (ACS group) and 30 cases of control group (control group) were selected. The contents of IMD and SOD in serum of the two groups were measured, and the influence of IMD on ACS was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. The level of IMD in each group was analyzed by univariate variance analysis. Results the level of IMD in the control group was higher than that in the control group. The level of IMD in ACS group was higher than that in UA group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in IMD level between NSTEMI group and STEMI group (P0.05). The level of SOD in NSTEMI group was lower than that in control group (P0.05), and there was a negative correlation between IMD level and SOD level (r-0.79%, P0.05). Serum IMD,LDL had an effect on ACS. Conclusion the elevated serum IMD level may protect myocardium by inhibiting oxidative stress.
