【摘要】：目的探討累積心率暴露(cum HR)與臂踝脈搏波傳導速度(ba PWV)的關系。方法選擇開灤研究人群中卒中隊列和老年人群隊列7904例組成觀察人群,最終納入研究隊列的為5153例。根據(jù)cum HR將研究對象進行四分位分組。采用偏相關分析cum HR與ba PWV的相關性,多因素線性回歸和多因素Logistic回歸分析cum HR對ba PWV的影響。結果隨著cum HR的增加,平均ba PWV水平和ba PWV≥1400 cm/s的檢出率均呈上升趨勢。偏相關分析結果表明,cum HR與ba PWV呈正相關(r=0.35,P0.05);校正了年齡、性別后cum HR與ba PWV仍呈正相關(r=0.24,P0.05)。多因素線性回歸分析顯示,cum HR每增加1次/分,ba PWV增加1.071 cm/s。Logistic回歸分析表明,校正了其他混雜因素后,與cum HR第一分位組相比,cum HR第二分位組、第三分位組、第四分位組均是ba PWV≥1400 cm/s的危險因素,OR值(95%CI)分別為1.432(1.121~1.829)、1.738(1.371~2.204)、2.475(1.949~3.143)。結論 cum HR與ba PWV呈正相關關系。cum HR是脈搏波傳導速度增加的危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between cumulative heart rate exposure (cum HR) and brachial pulse wave velocity (PWBA V). Methods 7904 stroke cohorts and elderly cohorts were selected from Kailuan study group and 5153 cases were included in the study cohort. The subjects were divided into quartiles according to cum HR. The correlation between cum HR and ba PWV was analyzed by partial correlation analysis, and the influence of cum HR on ba PWV was analyzed by multivariate linear regression and multivariate logistic regression analysis.
